yeah i've seen how a punch can deform the cylinder enough to cause it to be hard to push in the tank. therefore best to keep the hole up in the tank from the o ring.

I had leaking issues too when I punched my cartos, when I slot 'em, no leaks. I think punching deforms the metal too much unless you punch way high up. YMMV.

Stick and 18 guage needle in the carto center sleeve before you punch the carto ;-) and sharpen your punch on a belt sander by just keep turning it.. Cartos are very soft, almost paper thin, a nice sharp punch with a backing in the center tube like an 18g Needle works fine, never have an issue. The saddle vale is kinda wonky at times it also pays to have a nice jig to do your punching. A simple 3 to 6" piece of a 2x4 with a 9mm hole drilled through the side then a hole drilled through the top makes for a nice Jig too..

you can get a jig punch set at Vapor Age...
Hmmm, lots of good idears here. I have sophisticated equipment here like a nail and a hammer - never heard of slits or a saddle valve (I'm kinda useless). Thanks for your help.
I have an extra Depth Charge if anyone is interested.

I will send both the 2ml and 4ml tubes, include usps first class, deliv. confirmation, and a few Boge SS cartos... for $50.
Huffel gets first crack if last nite's pm'er doesn't get back this morning.
Might be interested, what are you thinking as far as cost?

yep for sure.... you will not want to sell this; i mean why? The quality of product and service (much less needed than any other i've seen)is so great you will pinch yourself with knowing you have one... that's my experience. It's a keeper.
Even if experts say this tech is not the newest, man it's function and form hits the mark every time.

I am a relative newbie searching for my best fit. I like to drip for best results but it isn't always practical for me. I have a Big Daddy tank and the 1.5 dual coil cartomizer that came with it. Vaping some VS Frisco 36 mg. I tested all of my attys to figure out what voltage I liked to vape the Frisco. I got a bunch of sampler juice yesterday and I didn't like any of it. I tried the juices again on the ProVari with the correct atty at the best voltage for me and it made a 100% improvement!!!!

I here you wickedalibi. Im glad your able to dial in your juices now. Thats one of the reasons I needed varivolt. Some of the juice I have thats darker like the organics lineup from vaperite, are soooo much better at 5v but a little hot. Now Ive been enjoying them today at 4.4-4.8 yummy :p
