Here is a pic for you, rchriste. I had to modify it slightly by cutting it down in the middle, forgot about the whole side button thing. It's been a while since I've used anything other than a bottom button switch PV. For now, the ProVari will stay in my hand or in my pocket and the case will carry a 6V mod for backup.

I was wondering where did u get that case i've been looking for something like that for myself

Ughh.. I hate USPS! My order shipped on the 8th and the tracking info hasn't been updated once!

UPDATE: Finally a tracking update. Arrived at local post office this morning! Yay! I'm really surprised how little the tracking info was updated with Priority Mail but I did some research and I guess that's just the way Priority Mail is.

I noticed on my ProVari that the extension cap doesn't screw on flush with the rest of the unit. There's a small gap and it won't screw on any further. Anyone else have this?

Which battery are you using? That seems to be a general complaint from those using other batteries than the recommended AW 18650 High Drain battery...

Btw, thanks progg for answering the previous question

I'm using the AW IMR 18650 1600mAh battery that I ordered with it from ProVape.

EDIT: Even without a battery in it, it doesn't screw up all the way.

Yeah, I guess. This thing should be perfect for what I spent on it. I'd hate to have to send it back though.. this thing is making everything vape great.

I know what you mean. It really is amazing! I would not want to give mine up for a few days. I feel your pain. Just see what they say. GL!

I fixed the problem with the extension cap leaving a gap. I contacted ProVape and David quickly responded and recommended that I take an X-Acto knife and run it through the threads. It looks like some of the paint got on the bottom threads and was preventing it from moving any further. It took about 40 minutes to get it all out of there but now it fits like a glove.

Got mine today, ordered 18th March, Shipped USPM to uk on 31st March, received today 12th April to the UK. Batteries needed no charge and wow it's nice. Vapour is fill of flavour and the device itself feels nice and weighty in hand.

Thoroughly recommended, if your thinking about getting one of these just do it. It exceeds my expectations initially.

I've noticed that my ProVari will indicate a dead battery with a flashing light (in Stealth mode), but it doesn't appear the battery is actually dead. The has happened about 3 times now on this current battery's charge. All I have to do is unscrew the bottom cap a bit so the battery loses its connection and when I screw it back up it works fine again for quite some time (hours). Any idea why this happens?

Are you using the recommended batteries? They have to match the ProVari's ability to pump out power or they'll get volt starved and trigger the protection circuit on the PV. Most 18650s don't meet the requirements, they don't pump enough electrons out fast enough to satisfy.
