I own a couple of Provaris and one of the things I put some thought into when buying my 2nd Provari was, what happens when I need service ? what happens 13 months down the road when its out of warranty, will Dave the owner of Provape take care of me or treat me fairly ? what happens if there is another upgrade like when the Provari v1 was upgraded to Provari V2, it costed me $20 to get mine upgraded, and lastly but not least I want to support American made in the USA products as much as I possibly can, there also made with a higher quality, take a good look at all the USA made mods vs all the Chinese made mods, who makes the better product ? > USA Does no doubt about it. So when you make your choice put some of these things behind the thought of your purchase, they all add up, as well as Dave from Provape being a real stand up guy, he's always stood behind all of his gear 100% and taken very good care of me on anything I have ever purchased from him whether I had a problem or not and his customer service is 2nd to none. just my 2c

Thanks DP! I never vape anything on my VV lower than 2.2 ohms and usually 2.5-3.0 so maybe that is why I don't see the inconsistency.
I hope the wife is OK!
:)

Thanks Tx. Me too.

Back to point: I wish to be clear that I do not, in ANY way, regret purchasing the LT. Nor the two ProVari's, for that matter. Nor the Go-Go's, nor the Elites, nor, nor, nor :)

What I DO regret is thirty-some-odd-years of Marlboro purchases. Jeesh! Whaddaschmuck.

Aint that the truth! Got my first Provari a few weeks ago and my SS Vtube was immediately relegated to back up status. I do like the buttons on the vtube better, not having to scroll through the menu each time just to change the voltage is nice, but the feel of the Provari is much more solid. The display on the Provari is much larger and easier to read and dual coils at a true 4.2V is very nice.

I went through this battle with myself for a while LT or Provari, bought a LT it was great but near the end of the battery life my vape would be weak. So I got a Provari, the vape is solid until the battery was dead. I wish I would have just saved the extra $90 and got a Provari to start with. You will see this more and more from vapors when they talk about the Provari. I would suggest you take a look at the Pbrusardo video's on youtube. He does an in-depth review for each product. He said it his Provari video "I was wondering why people were talking about the Provari so much until I got one and now I understand" I really suggest you do more research before you make a decision. Most people go off of hearsay to make a decision. I wish I would have bought my Provari first. It is an investment that you won't regret.

Now I have no experiance with the VMAXX on from what I have heard actual users on here talk about.

Asking this because I'm curious myself and I think will help

Are there any clear objective advantages of the provari over the vmax? I just feel like most of the reasons I've read are more subjective.

I just ordered a vmax ss after much deliberation

The Provari will give you better build quality and more accurate voltage reading. The Vmaxx vapes hotter than the voltage reads, especially when adjusted in the lower and mid region, not a big deal to many as taste is all that matters, but it is a difference. Provape also has excellent customer service if needed.

The VMAX is that GOOD! The SS VMAX is by far the BEST one made out of ALL the VMAX's released! The build is a lot more SOLID and it does reset to 3V being a V2! Now there is one difference and that is the button! The button is actually a clear-frosted style that allows the BLUE LED light to just GLEEM through it! Smoktech actually did the build on the SS version SPOT ON!

The VMAX does out perform the Provari, though the Provari has been on the Vaping Market longer giving it a valued reputation and a very loyal fan base!

Comparing the VMAX to the Provari is a bit unfair IMO, due to the OUTSTANDING track record of Provape and their device the Provari!

The question at hand is this, IF the VMAX and the PROVARI were released at the SAME time would there be all this debate about which device is better? Unfortunately the Provari loyalists will NOT answer that truthfully! I on the other hand have vaped on the Provari for over a month before I got my first VMAX "The BLACK BEAST"! I can TRUTHFULLY say that BOTH devices are good in their own right! The ONLY and I mean ONLY advantage that the Provari has over the VMAX is, Provape can take care of their customers more efficiently being based here in the U.S.! If Smoktech were to do the SAME, I truly believe that the Vaping Market would be different!

Trust me when I say we do have members in the VMAX Elite Group that own a Provari and can confirm the POWER and PERFORMANCE of the VMAX!

I will say this and that is whatever YOU and ANYONE else who reads this POST decides, that BOTH devices are well made and BOTH have its UPS and DOWNS period!

**JUST REMEMBER WHATEVER KEEPS YOU AWAY FROM ANALOGS IS THE BEST DEVICE!**:D

Take care and Happy Vaping!

They both visually look good. I think I have decided on the Provari Mini. Mainly because of the
Single battery, I really like the Blue Led & being made in the USA. I have a pretty sought after knife for sale on another forum
I'm a member of & as soon as it sells which should be really soon I'm gonna
Place my order.
