I noticed a ripple in the post count this morning. Maybe there was some housecleaning done on some earlier pages that brought the score down. IDK.

I do mine on a toothpick & leave it on there until I get it mounted under the thumbscrews.
Biggest challenge for me was rolling that damn filler better known as *GP Fluff.*

Thanks Scandalex--I will try that. How many wraps to you do on the toothpick? I am using 30 wire.
Also--do you wrap around once completely under the screws? That may be where I messed up. I wrapped all the way around and then tightened them down.
Yes the fluff was a bit of a challenge --but I think I got that right. LOL--just nothing to fire under it!
I mount mine above the thumb nuts.. but I too want to know how to roll up that fluff without catching it in the top thread.. Always have a few strays peeking out..

I am going to a vape meet tomorrow. I am going to take everything with me and see if someone will show me how to do it. I have watched several videos, but maybe 'in person' will help me more!
If I remember correctly I have 7 wraps around the toothpick and a complete wrap under the thumbscrews.
Just trying to *capture* the coil under the screw was an EPIC FAIL!

I use Tapatalk exclusively so I was under the impression that I had the 10k post hence my reaction on the next page but then it became rather apparent that the count was off for me so I just played it off like I not just made a fool of myself lol.

I wet my fluff with a little juice at the top so it slides in better and it won't get caught. I cut it down to 4.5cmx2.5cm

thanks! will try that next time. I have trimmed my original cut of fluff down, but no idea what it really is now.
Those of you trying to coil the spheroid I think Q called it the ....o coil or something if you want to look it up. Supposedly it's the way to go if you run cotton. If you PM him I'm sure he'd pass the knowledge. (Qorax)
