Love the kitty, and the woodburning stove . I want one but it is entirely unnecessary as a) I already have a fireplace that we almost never use and b) it's too hot for here anyway, but I love those things and have always wanted one (though I hear they can be a pain when it comes to keeping them filled.... ) :)

Anna

That’s actually a pellet stove, we love it! The wood stove it replaced is now in the garage for when my husband is building kitchens, or whatever, in the winter.

Hobbs - How are the Kabuki like attys from FT working for you?
The chimneys are too short on them. Less volume than an original Kabuki. When I need a Kabuki with a 510 base, I use the FT base and an original top. I've also had to play around with o-rings when configuring a Franken-Kabuki. The HoH original and FT o-rings are a little different. The FT ones are ever so slightly larger. The larger FT o-rings work REALLY good with the HoH polycarbonate sleeve which has a slightly larger I.D. than the quartz glass. But just purely from a vape standpoint ... they vape nice as is. That's a P3 original in pic above.

All my AW's, both 18350 and 18490 look like the one on the bottom in the above pic.
Interestingly, at least as far back as early 2016, Mooch's Recommended Batteries also look like the bottom one. In fact, I can't find a pic of a Mooch recommended AW battery that looks like the top one with the black background. Maybe 2015 or earlier?

Don't know where Baditude got his information posted in this 2014 thread, but he states ...

"At the start of the year [2014], AW began changing from the black AW stickers to a silver hologram sticker to help differentiate the counterfeit AW batteries."
Black and silver stickers on AW IMR 18490 batteries

So those with the black background may be up to 4 years old and older if what he said 3 years ago is true. Or ... they could be counterfeit I guess.

Why the difference in the stickers ?

Regardless, both those batteries are "old". Looks like AW 18350's are 800mAH these days. Prolly some 700mAH still around somewhere though.

I might be especially pretty dang timothy leery if an 800mAH AW had a black background sticker.
