I sort of worried about the temps when the subject first csme up but then…if I remember correctly…I read that 400 was the cut-off past which we shouldn't vape and that since I never go above 3.5V I'm well below that. I hope that's still correct.
I believe it is much higher than 400. Not sure but I believe it is closer to 470. The voltage depends on your resistance.

They're baaaack…from Doctor Bill! All new guts, screens and buttons . The one in the left is the one I bought for $5 I posted about a week ago. The one on the right has been my daily mod for about 3 years now. I feel like I have two new ones :).

No offense to any of you who now prefer vaping with a Jac…but my Jac cannot replace my minis for me. While I find the two devices give me a very similar vape I so prefer the round shape and the elegance of the Provaris. The Jac is definitely a close second.

The only thing I like better on the Jac is pushing the button 5 times to shut it off vs 10.

I keep my mini's around for nostalgia now-a-days. I just can't/won't put them away but for the size of the 'package' I prefer the JAC w/ an 18650 compared to multiple batt swaps throughout the day with the P-mini's.

470 was initially reported as the upper limit, around that temp and higher the 'nasties' begin to really spike. A safer upper limit was around 450 ... this from the 1st post in Mike's thread.

Those puppies look SO proud. LOL. They really got a good find. That wood looks fun, too, actually, I'm always on the lookout for interesting wood to play with for the husband.

Might have a little trouble getting either to relinquish it.... :)

Anna
When hubbies get wood they like to hang onto it till the job is doneo_O :w00t::lol::laugh:

I'm with ya Bea, I am totally a mini fanatic. I use some of my 18490 ProVari's sometimes, seems it's more to exercise the batteries than a choice to use them, whenever I use a 490 Provi, it seems sort of a chore...I just prefer the shorter form factor of the mini. Truth be told, my JAC and Radius mostly sit un used and un loved. Mini's for the win in my world!:thumb:

Great! So no way I'm even close to that :)

I vape 2-3 mls per day so I get around 8 hours out one 18350. So only one swap for me. :)

Same here on the whole post except I don't have a radius :)

Nah. I don't get it. A squirrel (as much as I can appreciate their smarts and acrobatic abilities) are basically rodents, right?
So, how come the stupid orange cat hit his good buddy instead of hitting on the squirrel? Just dumb? (I've had several cats over the years, and the orange males are without a doubt completely stupid, but pretty.)
And that squirrel has big nuts (LOL) to jump onto the cat, which from my experience as a cat owner, is a fierce predator, whose targets have little luck of success, unless of course the stupid cat is bored, which happens alot.

Watch the orange cat's face, he looks the other way and doesn't see which one did it. When he turns around and looks at the squirrel, the squirrel goes into frozen mode Which in squirrel means "I didn't do it, he did it" :?:

Hey,
Would it be getting old or offensive if I stated that I piss on their dead bodies? :2c:

Let me know and I'll back off... :|

Our neighbors cat feels the same way, btw. Except she covers herself in their blood. :thumb:
