The other thing I've been curious about forever is drummers. It's always seemed to me that beating those skins for hours at a time should build up arm muscles.
Bonham, in that vid, has big and strong arms.
But, when I think about other drummers, Fleetwood or Ringo come to mind, their arms are fairly ordinary looking.

I've noticed that, too. I've also wondered if they have sheet music, or if they just sit down and start banging away.
