Thanks for all the info. My njoy has given me a fit. I wanted it to work perfectly soooooooo bad and I just ended up disappointed after something was always breaking...and I am glad someone mentioned the burnt rubber taste/smell since I didnt know what that was. Honestly I never got a LOT of 'smoke' from my penstyle njoy. It was almost enough but just not quite.
Thanks again. I may get another pen from puresmoker since I am loving my mini. Also I can afford it since I am not paying my lifesavings for cartridges.

Hey I just have one question: would you say the mini-carts are half as much as the penstyle carts? More? Less? Anyone know?

(I'd better get over there and order some more carts, pronto!)

Half or less. The old style was half, the newer style is a third. Not sure if that was the newEST style cartridge, though, or the interim style. I haven't bought any mini carts for a few weeks.

Here's a post I did comparing most of the cartridges I had and their fillings and liquid amounts:

Okay, everybody. Even though I told myself to quit buying these fun electronic things, I just cannot help myself.

I like what everybody is saying about PureSmoker, so I just purchased both the mini and the pen style.

I have two favorites and have a feeling this will be my third!

I live in California. Does anybody know how long it will take for my package to arrive?

Thanks Leaford & Cashmere--(Leaford, impressive list. And I think you were one of the first e-smokers I saw on YouTube back when I first saw these things!)

So Cash, the new mini-carts, is that what we got with the recent 901B orders?

I live in California. Does anybody know how long it will take for my package to arrive?

Marian, Puresmoker is in California like yourself. I live in Pennsylvania, I submitted an order Thursday night for some mini-extras, and GOT THEM IN THE MAIL THIS MORNING (Sat). How'd he do that??

(Anyways, I'm sure it depends on when you place that order, and you gotta exclude weekends and holidays. But Puresmoker is known for SUPER-FAST shipping.)

Hey, thank you Chief Doug! I'm glad PureSmoker is in the same state as I am. Do you happen to know where in California PureSmoker is? And how can I tell if I got the new cartridges for my mini when I receive my package, which I ordered today?

It's the weekend, and then Monday is a holiday, so I probably won't get my package until the end of the week, but that's better than ordering abroad and waiting for 10 days or so. I am so glad these electronic cigarette companies are opening up in the USA, as long as they are quality products.

And I see some of you people drip with the PureSmoker products. Any problems doing that? Because I am constantly dripping. Probably OD-ing on nicotine, but so far I haven't died, obviously, or needed CPR.

I live in Houston, TX and placed my order at 6pm Thursday and received it today. These guys are aces. I am so impressed with the service and the quality from these guys. Thanks to them I have put away cigs for 3 weeks and have no desire to pick them up again. And I had to once. I was having a super stress event at work and my battery was charging. I bummed a real cig from someone I work with and almost gagged. Thanks guys for the awsome quality and the superior service.

Hi Justrubl:

Thank you for your reply. PureSmoker surely is fast. That seems to be an important factor for all of us e-vapers. I wonder if "impatience" is a smoker's trait! All I know is that Njoy has been the fastest for me since I live in California and they are in Arizona. Sometimes I get it next day or at least in two days. I'm sure PureSmoker will be fast. I cannot wait.

I have tired a gazillion mini cigs and have put them all in my reject pile -- or shoudl I say reject mountain!!! From reading what everyone is saying about PureSmoker's mini, I just had to give mini's another try.

Congratuations on quitting real cigs for 3 weeks. Good for you. I had a slip or two as well, and each slip was crummy. I am so glad we have found electronic cigarettes. I couldn't quit without it.

Wow! Thanks for all the info. You are a very good business owner, Steve/Cash. I am sure I will get it next week for sure. After I give my new "toys" a test drive, I will be happy to review them on this board.

I've written other reviews in the past, but wrote them way too early without giving them a nice, long break-in period. So I will wait before I open my sometimes BIG mouth before I post my "opinions and conclusions"!

Now I think I've bought them all. I hope!!! Thanks again, Cash!

"I've written other reviews in the past, but wrote them way too early without giving them a nice, long break-in period."

Marian, I was just thinking the same thing. The minute I got my first mini-cig from Puresmoker Thursday night, I barely had a couple puffs from it before I logged on here and wrote "lots of vapor, but a little less oomph than the pens."

I take it back--like the white generic pens, I think these minis need a very slight "break-in" period (for that 'hit the back of the throat' feeling.) Not only am I still getting a ton of vapor from the minis (same as the pens) but the 'throat kick' is JUST THE SAME AS THE PENS NOW.

(I realize the carts won't last as long as the pens--but at Cashmere's prices, I can now AFFORD to use the minis and buy carts more frequently.)

Oh, good to know, ApacheDug. You and I think alike about that "throat hit." Gotta have that, or I don't even bother vaping it. And sometimes it takes a little bit before the atomizer is "primed" and sullied a bit with residue before you get the throat kick.

I wonder what the manufacturers put in their atomizers in order to test them before they are sold. Do you think it's zero-nicotine e-liquid? Or is it the seller that tests them? If so, I wonder how. (Steve/Cash, do you know?)

Anyway, whenever I get a new atomizer, I e-drip quite a bit from the get-go and also top off the brand-new cartridges when first opened. That gets the atomizer to work harder and to get to the "sullied point" and to where that metal taste to go away.

I'm glad you like both the PureSmoker mini and pen because I purchased both.

By the way, if you keep your cartridges and e-liquid refrigerated, they stay fresh, have nice consistency, and also vape better, in my humble opinion!

Very nice Web site, by the way, Steve/Cash.

Haha,

I almost feel like I am 2 people! Steve and CaSH :)

Marian, I think most manufacturers prime it with a liquid that will not only smoke good, but also an added agent that keeps things lubricated. That's why that factory prime is sometimes odd tasting and you might see a strange oily type substance on the atomizer and the wrapper itself.

I test 100% of all the equipment that leaves here the day it does. I saw you ordered an extra pack of Menthol Carts, so I went ahead and tested your equipment with my own Menthol Cartridge and Mouthpiece so you wouldn't have a tobacco underlying tone/base. You should taste menthol right from the get go!

I also sent Menthol with the free added bonus pack too :)

One thing I have never disclosed was what type of liquid I test the equipment with. I test with only zero nicotine liquid (Either Tobacco or Menthol if I can judge from the person's order). This is out of respect for the individuals that decide to only smoke Zero Nic cartridges. This way, there is no loaded nicotine liquid in the chamber/atomizer to begin with and they have nothing to worry about.

I do tend to find atomizers have a certain "break in" period. They tend to start off with a real light draw with almost no throat kick. After a good day of vaping, everything does seem to settle, the draw gets slightly harder and the throat kick takes over.

:D

Hello Steve and Cash (Just Kidding!!!):

"Both" of you have been so helpful. I like your customer service, and I like that you are active on this board. You give informed answers to our questions, and you do it professionally and promptly.

Thank you for testing my order for me and for priming it. And thank you for the menthol cartiridges. I've never ordered or smoked menthol before and wanted to give it a try. My sister smokes zero nicotine, so I am glad that is what you test with. In fact, can you make my extra carts zero-nic menthol so she can give them a try, if you wouldn't mind, Steve? I look forward to receving them.

A couple of questions for you, Steve: Do you fully charge the battery before you send out the order? If not, how long should the initial charge and subsequent charges be?

And it's Saturday, "you guys," and you should be resting. I'm about to go into "veg mode" myself.

Seriously, Steve, nice meeting you and conversing with you.

Normally, all batteries are fully charged here before they ship out unless otherwise noted. If I didn't have a chance to charge your kit(s) before they ship, a letter is sent with the kit(s) explaining what to do for your initial charge and further subsequent charges. Both of your kits (classic and pen) have been fully charged!

Initial charge: 8-12 hours (overnight)
Subsequent: 3-4 hours.

Haha ... Amen ... I think the wifey and I are watching the movie "Pride" tonight! Can't wait :)
