This was an item we thought had potential but the first four of these I opened to take a product picture had cracks in them. Even if its ALPHA we won't pass along a product that puts you behind the 8 ball from the get-go. So what we are going to do is offer this for FREE. Place any order with at least one ALPHA product in it and mention you would like the E3 replaceable eGo clearo (so that I know that you are ALPHA, please do not say you are ALPHA and I have to spend time looking you up! The order has to have an ALPHA product in it). These were not cheap but we will have to bite the bullet on this one.

e3.jpg

We would still like the feedback as we will be contacting the manufacturer on this and see what's up. The E3 Replaceable is similar of course to our Stardust but is longer by about a half inch and holds 2.0 ml. We got 50 of these in so if I do not send you one and you asked, we probably ran out - please no tickets : )

dont forget, if oyu buy a alpha product you can ask for a free e3

Thanks LordDavon. I'll be trying some in a day or two. After seeing some of your reviews I have begun to value your opinions and wanted to know what you thought of it.

I've used cotton in the Vivi Nova, and it worked well. In the Apollo, it worked like crazy. Using a combination of silica, and cotton is really good. I use the cotton just at the coil, and use the silica to draw the juice to the cotton. This combo seems to work better than using straight cotton, in my opinion.

I put this on the ST Vivi tank, and it also works well. I need to fix the airflow in the units I have. It seems that the GV Hyper SRT may not have the same airflow issues, so I have one coming to test.

Trust LordDavon, he won't steer you wrong.

www.lorddavon.com appears to be an available URL. I think the lord should have his own site.

Agreed Matt, he deserves one.

I appreciate the support. Just knowing that I help is more than enough to make it worthwhile. Someday I wouldn't mind having a site, but the YouTube channel is enough for now. :)

Just got my Apollo tank in along with the ReLOaD!

First impressions of the Apollo tank...

I don't know why this didn't hit me before I ordered it, but when I saw my green Apollo tank for the first time...I wanted to hang it on a Christmas tree. It looks so much like a Christmas ornament. But that doesn't stop me from vaping something that works well. So I loaded it up with a LOT of juice, threw it on my eGo twist took a few primer puffs and immediately got dry hits galore.

I can only manage to get decent hits off of the thing when the eGo twist is turned all the way down. Taste is good, vapor is fair...but the dry hits still come if I vape it heavily.

Next I tossed it on top of my VV Rocket...knowing what to expect. With the voltage turned all the way down to 3.0 I get constant burnt dry hits. I watched Lord Davon's review and he found it very favorable. What am I doing wrong here? I use DIY 80/20 juice...I want to love this thing, but I cannot stand the dry hits.

By the way...I ADORE the ReLOaD!!

On the Apollo tanks, make sure you don't fill it above the top of the window... Also, put a drop directly on the coil - once it's primed, you shouldn't have dry hits, but it it needs to be primed. I can vape mine at 4V and not get dry hits now - but until i used that primer drop, i got nothing but, no matter what i did. So try it, can't hurt. :)

Yep, it does look like a tree ornament. LOL

I adore the E1 too - and the SCT... Both rocks. Wish the SCT was modular, though, for the price - I am in vaping heaven as it it, but that would send me to seventh heaven. :D

Muscle through, the dry hits will pass, mine did. I let it soak for 30 min, then got 20 or so dry hits before it started working normal.

I did not get one of these but that seems like an awful lot to ask to get something working properly. If I get three out of five dry hits on anything it goes in the tinker box. I realize this is Alpha so I am sure in it's present state it probably won't go main till they do more tinkering.

It's a huge tank, it looks fantastic, and once it settles down, the flavor is really, really good. IMHO, it's worth a tad of transition time. But if you drip some juice on the coil right off, and don't overfill it, it really should start right up.

I've been spoiled with Stardusts and ViVis, which you don't have to prime. The Apollo, as well as the E1 and SCT, seem like they need that initial prime drop to start wicking well, but once started, they all work great.

Apollo Update:
So last night I went to use the Apollo. It has been about half full for the last 3 days. It sits, standing up on the Apollo Battery next to my bed. Well Last night it was completely flooded and leaked into the battery cup. I dried it out on both sides and it was good to go. The only thing is there was no reason for it to flood. I hadn't used it, it was standing upright so not really sure what is going on with it.

Scorpion Update:
It's "OK" but if I lay it down it leaks out of the top pretty much everywhere. No flooding though so that's good I guess. Other then that still seems to work pretty well with the 2nd wick removed.

Good to know. Thanks for the tips. I guess I got used to the Stardust as well...fill 'er up and vape away.

I don't leave tanks/cartos on batts when not in use for JUST that reason ...
wicks seem to wanna keep on wicking even when not in use  ???

...and I don't lay these things down much or for very long ...for that reason

...and granted neither of these things should happen ...but they do...not always ...but I tend to expect it.

on your Scorpion, check to see if your driptip is seating all the way down on the coil cup (leaks from driptip)

or you may have cracks around top of tank that are leaking
&/or just not sealing the top on tight enough to prevent it from leaking (leaks from around tank top)
