I just finishe playing with the scorpion and I personally think it is a great product. I use all vg juice and had no problems with wicking or dry hits. I find the flavor to be spot on too.
A negative to me atleast is the cheap chinzy feel to the tank. In comparison to the vivi it feels like a bargain bin item. If the price point on these was 6 dollars or less I can see them selling fairly well. If nothing else it make a great backup tank.

Started playing around with the ce9 and so far have very little good to say about it. It is very bad at wicking especially with vg. I can maybe get 3 to 4 good vapors but than nothing but scratch terribleness. I must say the form factor is quite desirable and it looks great on a wide array of batteries and mods.
As far as the marketability
Of this product goes it seems to be a good product to tinker with. Although this wouldn't be a top seller IMO I think the modders and advanced user could/would buy this to tinker with and make a lot of cool/functional drippers

Hey wait a minute here folks... Lets give credit where credits due. I did this weeks ago when this bad boy first dropped, and even posted a written tutorial on how to do this. With the exception of incorporating the feed line into the coil (nice move there).

Keyword: written tutorial. :p (actually, I don't know if you had pictures or not - I haven't searched back). Seriously though, I must forget at least half of what I read. Too much info on this here little computer network experiment thingy we're sharing (ADD doesn't help either).

Whoops! Sorry kwalka - even if you came up with it, it's still a cool idea :) (I keeed, I keeed!) Whether SolemnPenguin's update indicates it's of dubious benefit, the idea still tickled the tinkerer bug to get me trying again to come up with something desirable out of the CE9.

Further in re the CE9... wonder if there are any tanks that have a button on them, a la drip on demand systems, etc. Something to help pressurize the tank would be a nice plus. Reference item: the pump cart system

We have been there w/the Turbines (were ego-t /b type, cylinder w/larger tank) & the last improvement to tank was a "squishy baffle type under belly" built into the tank ....I liked mine but rootbeer e-juice melted the tank :( I probably still have one ?? I know I have several new turbines w/the hard tanks ....as well as several ego-t/a attys .....the " T "systems are just odd, they either "work well" or don't & each one is different ...meaning you could have 3 out of same batch & 1 works ,1 might work some days & the 3rd never would fire at all.

I just picked up my C9 a few mins ago & it works ...just not quite "right" or something  I seem to HAVE to make myself use it.

In regards to the ce9 I like the concept but can't seem to get it to work just right out of the box. I have never seen my provaritheir so many e1 and e8 errors. When I check the coil I think the issue is either the coil or the positive terminal expands just enough to touch the needle plate and ground out creating a short. My contacts sit really high and I have less than a millimeter of space between the coil and the plate.

As it is the ce9 is not ready for prime time. I gave a list of suggestions for a second run that I would like to test
1: increase the tank slot slightly. Me joye tanks fit way to tight
2: increase the needle inner diameter to that of an ego t. There is a difference in size.
3: include a premade wick.
4: lower the coil terminals slightly or raise the head slightly to stop the shorting issue.

As it stands if they make those improvements I can see it working in the advanced section.
