and see if it continues to work for awhile ...b-4 taking it apart ....

Mike didn't seem to have a problem disassembling his.

I must be the only person having good luck with the Scorpions.

I am also having good luck with the scorpions. No problems at all, and I am not finding the taste muted?

I don't wanna set the 2nd one up just yet ....
got to many things going as it is ........

Day 3 of using my rocket. I finally got one fluxomizer to work on it, but every now and then it like instantly fires up the coils red. like a flash. It shorted out one fluxomizer dead. I'm trying another now. I tried to go back to the dct tank and now it won't fire on it
The bottom cap is tricky....if I tighten it 'tight' it won't come on, If I loosen it just a teeny tad it won't work, like it won't make connection. So it's tricky getting it 'just right'...same with screwing on the fluxomizer and tank, atleast this is how mine is...anyone else dealing with the same thing ? When I can get it to work I love it, I do think it's pushing out more than the 3.0. I don't have a meter, but the taste is def different than using my ego. I love the taste !

I agree...the bottom cap is a little funky. Overall tho, I think it is a "cute" little device that works pretty well....especially for the price. I like the big numbers on the display...easy to see.

I'm noticing the same thing... dct's sometimes work, and sometimes don't. But when they work it's pretty WOW. And I notice a difference too between 4.0 on the rocket and 4.0 on the Twist.. the cheap little meter I have won't fire on the rocket either.. some have said to file down the metal collar on top but I hate to do that and ruin that nice paint job.. but might have to. Other than a couple glitches, I really like this thing..

overall I really like the rocket too. I did file down the plastic part of the collar with an emery board, i may try to file down the metal edge a bit and see if that helps !

I filled my non-cracked Scorpion with 50/50 blend Crazy Citrus Cooler on Friday night. I let it sit until late Saturday. First 3 pulls were good, taste didn't seem muted at all. After the 3rd, all was dry and unproductive. Let it sit until Sunday, 1st pull still dry, as was until 5th because I was determined to like it. Not so.

I would not recommend the Scorpion. Especially when there are ViVi Nova new revisions and Stardust.

Still trying to play with the Scorpions a bit...but the one that was working fairly well in terms of taste dumped the juice all over the table during the night.....laying on its side. This happened after I removed the big wick.

At this point....I am still a Vivi Nova girl....need more....lol.
