Bad........are those mouthpieces on the sole's hard plastic or rubbery like the drip tips that come with the phoenix's?

If you are in cahoots with someone that can make adapters, may I make a request? Sometimes, I like to go out with a pen style instead of a regular ego battery but I prefer wearing my batteries on a lanyard. There really isn't anything in the market for a lanyard that fits a 510 aside from some that are basically pockets on a necklace.
My husband had the idea that there should be adapters (like 510-510 ones) to fit on a pen style with a lanyard attached. Seems like the perfect solution to me. Any thoughts?

Yeah you have to remember the dynamics of alpha being we aren't fully sure its something we want to carry, so on our end we have to go limited on some stuff...If Chris or I see a product and it comes from a reputable manufacturer, we'd like to bring it in fast but on some of this, before we commit thousands to a product that may have a fatal flaw (and it can happen with good manufacturers) we bring it in to Alpha. We have done some preliminary checking but not as much testing as we would like so, voila!, there's ALPHA. Some ALPHA are very lmited as we said at the start and if you don't get in on it there are other ALPHAS you can, etc (and in the case of the mini PT's we liked the prelimnary comments but brought in an extra ALPHA run...)
I grabbed a black version ... thought I'd leave the colors for the girls since they are into that... still, that brown one looks good with the fake leather look
We had an additional amoutn of black ...we added all of them so black has 12 more that went up...17 total black

Danno, do these HAVE to be plugged into a computer? Can you use a wall wart from an ego or generic cell charger?
I dont see why they cant be charged with a wall charger but who knows .
got my order in. I have to say I have been so stoked for this thing ever since I saw the redesigned carto. (the only reason I never got an ovale before was the ego-t style tank system....not a fan) Also, a pair of Stallions. I'm all for that. Just make the outside large enough to extend past a 510 to ego adapter so I can get some exercise by hanging my Rocket around my neck. Something like this made of thin stainless. 510 slips through the large hole and locks it down when the cart is tightened and the small end is for the lanyard attachment.
I used to work in a machine shop and I really miss being around there now. I'd be going nuts makin all kinds a vapin goodies.
Just ordered a brown one to check it out. What kind of battery life are we talking at only 360Mah. I'm thinking maaaaaaaybe three hours of average vaping will be about it.
Probably no need for a machine shop... use a little phenolic like used for a circuit board and cut it out with a razor saw, drill bit and a file to smooth off the edges

I can see that is true for a 510 ( or similar ) PV... but the Sole is different from that and what you are saying also probably won't work for it's configuration either... I was assuming ( we know what that does ) was that you were just giving an example and it would need modified for the Sole to accommodate the dual pin setup.
Perhaps just a spring steel that snaps around it would be simple enough if the finish would withstand it...
