I agree with almost everything already said here except:

-I think the vapor is adequate.
-I LOVE whistle tips.
-I get a pure flavor and perfect draw. I am using Boba in one and Hype in the other with perfect wicking.
-This is the best button EVER-large and easy to depress-not clicky. I have a permanent indention on my finger from the ego button.
-I love that it is lightweight and small-I can hold it with 2 fingers.
-Both of my clearos line up perfectly-tube is centered.

Downside:
-I have had a little juice spit in my mouth, but not bad.
-I do not like to charge on my computer and I am unsure which of my usb chargers would work with it.
-Difficult to pull apart-BUT better than having it fall apart and much better than screwing the device together.

I really do like these so far and I would not only buy more for myself but also for friends and family at the right price. Perfect for beginners with better instructions. Please bring these to market!

I will review again after 1 week.:)

I'm really late to the game here, but hey, I just got mine yesterday. So I won't waste time with any semblance of an exhaustive review, just a few comments.

Pros:

At least so far, button clicks register very consistently. Once I figured out that it's 4, not 5, clicks required -- doh. Unlike some of my other ego batteries, which seem to have a different interpretation of 5 clicks than I do, and thus require several attempts to power them on or off.

I don't have a volt meter, but the different voltage settings seem to be in the ballpark of what I'd expect. So far I've only used it with a Stardust with 2.4 ohm head, and find the 3.6V setting just about right. 4.2V feels too high, but I'm not into "awesome" throat hits and hot vapor. But I'll try the higher voltages with a 2.8 ohm head when I get a chance.

Cons:

First and foremost, the size. I've got fairly small hands for a guy, but this thing feels really awkwardly tiny to hold, and I hate the low placement of the button. I get the novelty and the "cute factor" of such a small device, but that aside I can't imagine even the daintiest of hands having an issue if it were, say, half an inch longer. And I could see the small size being a plus for stealth vaping if this were portable, but for a dedicated passthru...??

Length of the USB cord (or lack thereof) -- somebody posted here just yesterday that it was a generous length compared to some others. Huh? I've got it plugged into a USB adapter which is plugged into the power strip sitting on the floor smack up to the side of my desk, yet the cord is so short that I have to hunch down toward the power strip to take a toot, it doesn't reach my mouth when I'm sitting upright. I wasn't too concerned about the well-documented iffy-ness of the non-reinforced connection of the cord to the battery, since I'm fairly gentle with my toys, but now I am -- I'm too likely to put undue stress on it just because it's so flipping short.

Long story short (didn't mean to blather on so much)... I think I'd really like this if only both the battery and the cord were just a wee bit longer.

the eGO Charger. It is a 510 Threaded Battery Charger. It is what will be needed to charge these.

THIS SHOULD BE IT - not 100% Though. It should be like any other eGO Battery though.

420mah eGo USB Charger [gv-REG-USB-Charger-CABLE] - $5.99 : GotVapes.com, E-cigarette Supplies - Atomizers Cartomizers Mods Juice and more

I ordered that one and the wall charger (also $5.99) so I wont have to charge it with the computer...;)

I orderd the red, extra tank and an extra head and juice...so much for the Provari this month...:(

I ordered that one

Kewl Ivape........that is the one you need for the riva also, but I expect you know that.

Purple went quick at least on the batts!! But I wasn't really planning to get one of these anyhow since I'm not terribly fond of the tanks. The end caps are harder for me to unscrew on that tank than say the vivi. I think partly because they're so smooth, and maybe also because they're very small since they taper. They look kewl though. Hope someone mixes red batt and green tank at Christmas time! lol Purple and red for a red hatter?? Personally I love the right shades of purple and green together.

Welcome Kate!

Welcome Kate :)
Since all you purple people eaters already got the purple ones, think I'll sit this one out  Might try one of the tanks but I have to confess I keep drooling over the vMax and the Gripper, decisions, decisions................

How cool to have one of the purple tanks on a Vmax....
