It may be time for us to revisit the juice since it's now had time to steep. Most of the reviews were straight from the mailbox.
This is usually a good idea that I typically wouldn't have any qualms with... IF we were talking about an e-liquid that is freshly mixed before being shipped to us. Factory made e-liquids usually steep on the shelf before we purchase them and the main advantage you'd get to open bottle steeping is to let any alcohol's used to help mix with to be evaporated out better. Add to that, GotVapes received all of these back in January ( I ordered my batch on 1-13 )...
The expiration date on these are for 05-Dec-2013... If they are based typically on a year expiration, that means they were actually made in Dec of 2012.
Still... it isn't a bad idea to revisit them for another reason... sometimes after we've tasted a juice once, our next tasting done later will have a different impression on us, I typically see this referred to as taste acquisition, I think of it as simply getting accustom to a flavor/taste. So in that spirit...
All of these are vaped at 5w in 2 ohm shorty carto's this time around...
Vision Menthol My previous impression hasn't changed... It is still a doublemint flavor as apposed to a menthol of any type. I did forget about these being 18mg ( I'm used to around 6mg ) and that caught me off-guard
. I will say one additional thing I didn't mention in the previous post/review... there isn't any indication of a tobacco flavor present in this one that I can detect. Of course, considering how light flavored 2 of the other 3 tobaccos I tested were... it's possible that some tobacco flavoring exists but is covered up by the mint flavor but I doubt it at this time. I don't think I'm seeing as much vapor as I remembered... perhaps that is just me because the PG/VG ratio shouldn't have been affected no matter how long this has steeped.
Vision E juice - Tobacco USA Mix The previous report/review stands... a light flavored, sweetish pipe like flavor. cough, cough, cough... that 18mg is still getting to me
Vision E juice - Tobacco GOLDEN VIRGINIA ... Again pretty much the same as my first post/review. Very light flavor that makes it hard to distinguish what type of tobacco this one is... similar in taste like a ciggy but it's hard to tell since the flavor isn't very saturated.
Vision E juice - Tobacco STATES EXPRESS... Of the tobacco flavors I've tested and reviewed before... This was one that I liked more in that it tasted more like an analog than any of the previous ones.
My own preferences are to think about carrying the States Express and USA mix. The Menthol may be worth considering if looking for another mint flavor but not for any other reason. The Virginia Golden just had too little flavor going for except if someone was looking for a really light indistinct flavor.
