So, if the ban laws were to pass, how would that impact the DIY scene? Obviously, most purpose built hardware would be specifically banned, and most e-liquids would be banned. Obviously flavorings, PG, VG, Glycerin would not be banned. Would concentrated nic liquid like the 100mg stuff some DIYers use still be available? I mean the stuff isn't made for vaping, right?

Sorry if the answers are already out there, but I'm hoping to be educated by the already educated. Of course the status of concentrated nic could change easily, but would it still be available if the currently proposed bans and ban efforts succeed?

IMO the Modified e-cigs would just fall under the ( ..../vaporizer ) banner , naming conventions !
as far as pre made liquid ? , the Nicotine is sold as a pesticide to farmers !

SO ya an underground / semi legal system would still exist , It just comes down to ingenuity and desire I guess.

Take a look at the vaporizers for that " bush " they are All over the place. You can buy a Hooka or water pipe but not a .... because hooka's are used for tobacco LOL !!
