Which one?Oooh, ordered the OBS engine today.
Which vanilla Mel?Vanilla should be in the box that just delivered. I don’t like the mouth feel of creams/custards etc. And I don’t like tooooooo sweet. Hmmm, not picky at all![]()
Don’t knowWhich vanilla Mel?
Fig is a nice warm flavor, sort of like dates or raisins, not too sweet. Definitely likes a good steep. Early on it was strong and spicy, after two weeks it was just a nice support for the other flavors. Gave it some bodyBlackberry blossom at a small percentage would be nice too. Keep in mind that I have no fig.![]()
Vanilla Bourbon?Don’t know... I’ll let you know when I get home. It was one either you or Fran ?? recommended. Not sure.
Thinking vanilla shisha maybe.Vanilla Bourbon?
That’s it! Lord, I wish I had your memoryThinking vanilla shisha maybe.
I'm not what you'd call a cream lover but I do use it in some recipes. That seems like an awful lot of cream to me.Question for the cream lovers...does this seem to be too much cream for a honeysuckle cream recipe?
FA cream fresh 1.5%
Fa honeysuckle 4%
WF tahitian vanilla cream 2.5%
FA vienna cream 1%
Wondering if I need the vienna and vanilla both.
I would try 1% of the INW vanilla shisha. The flavor percentages are on the high side in that recipe so I don't think the vanilla would overwhelm the fruits, just give a little more pop. That’s it! Lord, I wish I had your memory
Me too, maybe keep the cream/honeysuckle to an equal ratio. Will drop the cream fresh or vienna; or maybe just reduce both. Thinking I may need to keep the vanilla note to pop off of the honeysuckle.I'm not what you'd call a cream lover but I do use it in some recipes. That seems like an awful lot of cream to me.
All the talk about recipes.... @classwife Would love it if we posted some in the existing recipe thread.
