I'm doing much better, thank you, everyone! I lost 10 pounds in the first week of my illness, so I still look like a sack of skin & bones (my body looks 10 years older now). Still on antibiotics, 4x a day, for another week though, but I'm making progress.

Looked at the Ella's Shortbread recipe to see how much sweetener it called for and apparently there wasn't any listed in the recipe at all. Perhaps it's the sugar cookie that is making it too sweet for me (at 4%), but I'm not sure. Tried the Bourbon-Brown Sugar Milkshake again and it's good, with a slight kick of bourbon, but I'm not getting enough of something that my palate wants. vaping sessions are short with this one, so I may tweak it along the way. My taste buds are likely still wonky, as I couldn't bear to vape anything while I was sick, so I won't be getting 'all creative' anytime soon. LOL!

Lately, I find I'm craving tobacco for some reason (haven't vaped any in a long time), so I may just sift through my retail juice stash for something to tide me over. In the meantime, these are the tobaccos that I have on hand:

    Chef's RY-.....
Chef's Vapefella (it's a custard with hint of tobacco, so I included it)
    DIYFS Holy Grail RY4
    FA RY4 Nutzilla
    FA RY4 Tobacco
    HA Deluxe Tobacco
    HS Desert Ship
    HS RY1
    HS RY3
    HS RY4
    HS Tobacco
    INW AM4A
    INW Gold Ducat
    INW Vanilla Pipe Tobacco
    JF RY4 Double
OSDIY Tobacco Absolute (powder form, I haven't mixed w/ PG yet )
    PUR Sweet Tobacco
    PUR Tobacco Original
    TPA DK Tobacco Base
    TPA RY4 Double

Holy cow, I had no idea I had amassed so many tobaccos and I'm sure I'm missing some staples (haven't SFTed any of them either )! No wonder I haven't a clue where to start. My favorite retail tobacco (if you can call it a tobacco) was Nicoticket's Absolute Creme Brulee, because I adore that caramel note, although it does border on being almost too sweet (others say it smells like maple syrup, but it doesn't taste like maple to me). So, do I have the makings for a medium tobacco with a sweet note? Also, it's been many years since I've had a menthol tobacco (smoked Marlboro Lights Menthol for many years), so maybe I'm craving something like that, I don't know... Perhaps, I suffered a bit of brain damage due to my high fever, who knows. :w00t:

I really love my cases. Best thing I've done in a long time is getting my flavors organized.:)

Between getting the polish cases, making a master list, and buying a scale, it has turned mixing into a nice easy task for the most part where it used to be quite the ordeal digging for flavors and cleaning syringes. Like the ones I mixed last night, I mixed three recipes in just a few minutes by being able to look at the list and pull the flavors I needed.

I can't remember but will probably be ok in 5 days and better in 10.

Here is another similar, simple one by David Smith, 10 day steep

    7% Blueberry Extra
    7% Bavarian Cream
    3% Sweet Cream
    2% Cotton Candy
I mixed the first recipe this morning, will let it steep for a few weeks.

Your system is no doubt better than mine. Mine works for me and that's all the counts.

Took a look at the 5 clone recipes I wrote down. I guess they looked better to me at the time. I think I can butcher 2-3 of them into something I might like. Can't mix anything right now anyway. Kinda happy about that right now.:)

I don't need to mix more right now but I have a Cheesecake on my mind. I'll be back with my flavors and my Cheesecake Base in a couple of days and trying to think of something a little different.

How about a rum or a rum and pineapple or a pomegranate one? You have probably done all the fruits like cherry and mango, huh?

Can't vape cherry but the rum is a great idea. Pineapple's kinda iffy with me but I don't think I've done Pom or Mango in one.

I just finished brake pads on the other kids car. Weird that both cars would need them so close. I wanted to get them done before we move her in to college Thursday. Even though it’s going to be a long day, it’ll be nice to have Thursday and Friday off. I took Friday to rest after 7+ hours of driving Thursday.

Nothing new mixed today. I’ve got five or six mixed that I’ll start trying this weekend. I’ve still got some sft to go through but feel like I made good progress this past weekend.

I'm finding the cases so much quicker and easier too. And that's even including the time it takes my ocd brain to make sure the flavours are all facing the right way in the case, when I'm done
