I've been to Ruby Falls. About 30 years ago, but I've been there. :)
When I was a kid and took a family road trip to Florida there were "See Ruby Falls" signs every 2,500 feet. I said then I would never see Ruby Falls because of those annoying signs. I've kept my word so far. :)

If you like caves you can walk through it's a cool place. We stopped at Mammoth Caves as well. Mammoth caves would be more for spelunkers, Ruby Falls for tourists.

I've been to Mammoth Cave. Took the long tour. If I remember, there was a restaurant halfway thru. I think they called it the Snowball Cafe or something like that.

It has been months since I have done any mixing due to a few unforeseen medical issues. During my absence @FranC kept me in touch with reality — thanks Fran for your friendship.

I was definitely missing my Fizzy Lemon Sherbet so mixed 20mls the other day. Just as good as I remember it. In addition mixed a couple of NET extracts. A caramel brownie plus a custom NET tRY4 with shaky hands missing the mark a number of times.

    Somewhere between here and there
Has anyone tried MB Legendary Custard which i have not purchased yet nor tried Nickbrosia Custard? I think @Heartsdelight may have — any good?

I have it and tried an sft. It’s a little more eggy than others I’ve tried. It’s good but didn’t knock my socks off after all the hype I’ve heard about it.

I live in Ohio but sadly have not been there in my adult life. It's one of Ohio's greatest attractions, a big hole in the ground hahaha!:lol:

I use elr and enter all my flavors and recipes. I also keep a spreadsheet on my computer that lists flavor, brand, case number and bin location in that case.
I was just thinking yesterday that eventually I'm going to need an inventory system for my flavors. I'm certain my stock is paltry in comparison to yours but even I don't like picking up 12, 15, bottles before I find the one I want. Did I mention it's maddening when I knock them all over too?

I just got pur boysenberry. This recipe would be a good excuse to try it out. Do you prefer the Cap vbic over tfa?

Yeah, I found tfa VBIC too vanilla beanie - if that makes sense. CAP was a smoother richer ice cream. Just use which one you prefer :thumb:

Are you going to Lookout Mtn, ruby falls or any of those?

Don't drink too much sweet tea since you don't like sweet flavors. Sweet tea is more like syrup. Don't know how I drank that growing up.
    We’re in southern Tennessee

It’s pretty good but doesn’t live up to the hype
