This is true and there are those ultra thin cutting mats also.
I use a Provape towel, size of a hand towel. Reason is in case of spills, stuff slides off the mats but not the towel and I can throw it in the wash.

Ah, you put the cute puppy in the avi.
He's the best dog, AND CUTEST, I've ever had. We really love him  and he is so darn smart, so affectionate, and in tune with us. He's 6 years old and fully grown, but we still call him our puppy. He's maybe about 10 lbs +/-

Yes, slippery isn't the best thing. I had considered a small towel also. Being able to throw it in the wash is a plus. I had a small odd hand towel here for some reason and I just washed it and put it away. I haven't been able to find it yet

Buy a couple at the dollar store or cut up an old towel, if you have one. Then you have extras.

A sheet cake pan would work, but I just use paper towels.
The pan would work but I'd have to wash the dang thing if I had a spill. I'd like something a bit more than paper towels sice my dd paid for the furniture.

No old towels. I left all that stuff behind for gd to use. I think the one I have is plenty since I won't be mixing every day. If I can find it, that is:lol:

Weds already so I'm probably not going to mix til the first of next week. I'd like to come up with a least one new recipe so I'll have to dig out all my notes. I do love my tried and trues but it's fun to mix something new once in awhile.

It's weird bringing 3 mods to work with me, when for the longest time ever, at work, at home, on the road, any time really.. I've only ever had one. I could just bring one, but I like to use my Solo while I'm on the water. It can take a beating, and get wet. My double barrel I use while I drive, and I brought a 2nd DB, just cuz.. 2 Erls, 1 doggy and all different DIY juices which is pretty nice to switch it up. Feels luxurious!

I carry four mods and tanks back and forth to work with me. One is for my menthol tobacco that I stealth vape during the day at work and then three more with different flavors for the ride back and forth to work.

You've been vaping the Menthol tobacco for a long time. I've been vaping my 2 old fav's for a long time too.

I’m proud to say that after vaping mostly commercial juices including Dinner Lady Lemon Tart and Killer Kustard for the last 2 weeks that my custard mixes are MUCH better lol!! Seriously, these are bland and the Lemon Tart has no hint of lemon that I can taste.

Unfortunately it looks like I’ll be vaping pre made juices for awhile yet as it’s too uncomfortable for me to sit or stand for any length of time to mix my own juices due to my recently repaired fractured hip.

All is not bad though. I found at least one commercial juice that I love called Koi by Gemini vape juice. It’s really different and delicious. I actually order a couple of bottles of it on sale at MVS.

But I am looking forward to start mixing my own juices again. I enjoy the entire process of looking through recipes, picking out the ones I want to make and then start mixing! It’s a great distraction from anxiety or depression since if I’m not focused I make sometimes irreparable mistakes and makes for a great hobby for someone who is disabled and has a lot of time on their hands alone.

Then the feeling of accomplishment. Hopefully in a month or so I’ll be able to sit in a chair long enough to make a couple of my own mixes.

and thank you to all who offered premade commercial juices that I can vape until then especially since I vape between 25 to 35 mls a day. So thank you!!
You'll be back better than ever and raring to go.

P.S. I never got much lemon from DL Lemon Tart, either. I'm drearily working my way through what I have left of it.
