Another simple rootbeer float:
Fresh Cream-FA-3%
Rootbeer Float-FW-2%
VBIC-Cap-6%
Marshmallow-FA-.5%
I've tried a few rootbeer float recipes, I found some to be too strong on the rootbeer(for my taste). This is the one that satisfies my taste.

Thank you! Wrote this one down, too. I think I have all the ingredients.

Random fact of the day:
Collard greens can survive down to 5° F

I was getting anxious to be done with some harvesting, freezing outside and getting dark.. and googled quickly what collard greens can endure, and was surprised to learn this fact.

    I've never had them
Guess it is a southern thing.

On another note, I got a quote of 6700 to clear the 3 trees that fell on my Ky property. I am already losing so much on the place so I am having to work a deal and give up two of the carports for part of the money. I am so stressed over that place I am physically ill. Had a buyer, too.

I just cleared two oaks myself for the price of gasoline. :)

What are you random folks doing this evening. I am doing absolutely nothing ATM.Thinking I need to work on my recipes. I’d be happy with just one winner for now. Haven’t decided what kind of a recipe yet. Something other than a cheesecake maybe.

We've been munching on collard greens for quite some time, and tons of it to pick still. It's not just for southerners :D we love it.
I don’t think they’re big in the Northeast. Can’t say as I’ve ever noticed them in any grocery store.

I'm procrastinating mixing, and drinking coffee, while enjoying not having neither the heat nor the ac on. Nice weather today.
