Yes. It was undetectable at 1% and it washed out the chocolate at 5% and not in a good way. Couldn't even tell it was vanilla. I have vanilla swirl up next and I know that's a very popular one. Guessing it is more likely to achieve what I'm looking for.

Good to know, I won't be tempted to get that flavor. The Vanilla Swirl is a good one. Do you have TFA Vanilla Bourbon? That has to be my fav.vanilla.It's just yummy with no taste of bourbon to me.

I guess my Stixx order got done with its tour. It has finally reached NH. It's on the way to a more local PO. Since the weekend is almost upon us it will probably Monday before I mix....maybe.

I've never tried it but I'm thinking the Vanilla Bourbon would blend in great with chocolate........Maybe a future recipe there.

I'm fairly happy with the NET and chocolate components for my ADV recipe. I have to play with ratios some more but the flavors seem right. It's that third, mystery component that is going to take me awhile to figure out. I have so many flavors to try. Vanilla, brown sugar, graham, caramel, malt, peanut butter, etc.. Long journey still ahead.

You have so many variables to try there you have a chance of finding more than one you like.

What made me think of the Vanilla Bourbon is that it's not just plain vanilla.
