Mixed a bourbon/ smoked butterscotch/italian cream, a ginger peach/ tea, and an eisai/ smoked butterscotch/ nectarine. Added cantaloupe to the cucumber/honeydew. That’s still missing something. Better, but not WOW. Long steeps ahead for the new batch. Fingers crossed
I would add a couple drops of raspberry or mango to the cucumber melon mix for pop Mel.

Did Cucumber Benedict a few months back per request. It was horrible but I wouldn’t like this combo anyway:nah: Had to make myself taste it to be sure it was balanced correctly:facepalm: I had help from a couple friends but none of us liked the combo of the main 3 prominent flavors together. I used mint rather than of menthol. The requester loved it though and wanted more. To each their own!

A friend did their own rendition of this a few weeks ago... Forest Lemonade. She was mostly concerned with lemon fade. So because that was her focus, she neglected to get the mixed berry note right the first time around. Once she added a combination of rasp and blackberries, it turned out pretty good:p I have no doubt yours will be superb as you already have lemonade down and write great recipes!

Btw, your pina colada has been quite the hit around my little community!

I made a change in the Benedict Cumbermint (which is probably the same as Cucumber Benedict) from the original as posted by EdibleMalfunction on Reddit.

I'll be watching for the recipes.:) Never thought of pairing cucumber with menthol. Probably cause I'm not a big fan of menthol but a small amount is good with me.

Benedict Cumberbatch by Edible Malfunction on Reddit

  • FA Arctic Winter (Menthol) 1% ( I used 10% Menthol Solution at 1%)
  • CAP Cucumber 6%
  • TFA Koolada 0.5% (I used .5% WS-23)
  • FA Lime Tahity (Cold-Pressed) 1.5%
I just tried it in my tester and it is refreshing. I will have to try a tank to see if I could happily vape it or not. The jury is out but it is not disgusting. :) Lime with cucumber is a natural!

Cool as a DewCumber by Horsegame on ELR
  • Cucumber Mint (FW) 3%
  • Honeydew Melon (JF) 5%
  • Pear (FA) 1.5%
  • WS-23 30% .75%
This is nice in my tester and definitely has possibilities. I also changed the original recipe a bit. His called for 2% Koolada and I went with .75% WS-23. He also has some peppermint in his recipe and I don't like peppermint in a vape, so left it out. If you like peppermint, he used .25%. I like the addition of the melon and the pear.

Sweet Summer Chilled by TheExiledTheory on ELR
  • Cactus (INAWERA) .25%
  • Honeydew Melon (JF) 2%
  • Kiwi (FA) 4%
  • Lemon Juicy (JF) .15% (I thought it needed more lemon so used 1% FE Lemon)
  • Pear (FA) .50%
  • WS-23 .75%
This is very nice and refreshing. After I vape a tank I will report further. So far, so good! The melon and the kiwi go well together, and the pear gives it a little extra something.

Fizzy Backwoods Lemonade (based on Backwoods Lemonade by EdibleMalfunction on ATF
  • 10% Menthol 1%
  • Forest Mix (Forest Fruit) (FA) 3%
  • Lemon Sicily (FA) .75%
  • Lemonade (LA) 6%
  • Pink Champagne (FW) 2%
  • WS-23 30% .75%
As @IDJoel has said about Forest Fruit, it has a darker berry flavor with blackberry, boysenberry, maybe black currant, along with blueberry, some raspberry, and some strawberry. It gives the lemonade a more robust flavor. Personally, I like my original Fizzy Pink Lemonade (based on Vurve's Best Damned Pink Lemonade) better. It is lighter in flavor, more summery to me, and takes to the fizzy properties of the Pink Champagne better. Many people love the Backwoods Lemonade (also based on Vurve's Pink but with Forest Fruit and no additional berries, so it might be better to a lot of you.

Ruby Red by Wayne on ATF
  • Cactus (INAWERA) .5%
  • Dragonfruit (TPA) .5%
  • Grapefruit (CAP) 7%
  • Super Sweet (CAP) .25%
  • White Grapefruit (INAWERA) .50%
This is good but I felt I could benefit from some coolant and some fizz, so I did this:

Fizzy Ruby Red
  • Cactus (INAWERA) .25%
  • Dragonfruit (TPA) .50%
  • Grapefruit (CAP) 7%
  • Soda Base (SC) (Real Flavors) 2% (better at adding the perception of effervescense to grapefruit flavors than the champagnes, which tend to react oddly with grapefruit)
  • SugarDaddy Sweetener
  • White Grapefruit (INAWERA) .50%
  • WS-23 30% .75%
This is very good, IMO. It is cool and refreshing, had some fizz for those that like it. This is a keeper for me.

Smells like a wet hole in the ground and tastes very earthy - so yes, dirt.
Ok,now I haven't tasted it yet. But it smells kinda pleasant and boozy. No smell of dirt or Cranberry ATM. Can't wait to see what it tastes like.

Lime might be a natural with Cucumber but Lime doesn't agree with me much anymore in taste or sweetness. So a good sub will have to be found.

I thought you were talking along the lines of pickling lime:lol:
I've got real world garden cucumbers on my mind. They're doing great this year and I may actually get enough to pickle.

You know that there are genes that make certain things taste off to some people. I have that with cilantro - it tastes like soap to me and that is apparently not an uncommon genetic trait. There must be a genetic trait for FLV Cranberry too. ;) Others who have posted on the flavor review on Reddit taste dirt with it too so has to be genetic. Glad that isn't your experience.

Lemon (FE Lemon or FA Lemon Sicily) would do the trick I would imagine.
