Hangsen RY4 is vanilla and caramel balanced and has a light tobacco element to it. It's a lot different than other RY4's I tried, which are either heavy vanilla, heavy caramel, and no tobacco element. I admit, I haven't tried most of them. I am currently using it in Nevan's other recipes called Down and Dirty.
HS RY4 is kind of unique and I personally like it quite a bit.
My Cherry Berry came in. Tomorrow gets a sft. Keep your fingers crossed. MB ‘s cherry is next on my list to get if this one doesn’t “sing”
I mentioned doing a dark chocolate/orange mix. Out of nowhere this popped into me head... adding a little butter mint. Will try it with and without just out of curiosity. I have to make an order to do this so just to get a preview I'm going to get some real dark chocolate with the orange syrup inside and some butter mints and try them together... I'm actually salivating right now.
Might be interesting, you never know. Mint goes with both. Back in the late 30’s/early 40’s my mom would get an orange and a soft peppermint stick in her Christmas stocking every year. You’d stick the peppermint in the orange and drink the juice through it.
Back in the 60's we'd get oranges and nuts in our stockings. As kids we hated it! Then our older sister would come over and give us stocking full of presents plus good presents. The 60's sucked for presents compared to what kids have now.
I like sweet rice but only mix it in small batches when I'm in the mood for it. It does fade and for me is tastier on mid wattage coils.
