Tomorrow is a good day to do a mix or at least plan out what I want to mix, and order any flavors I need. I know I need mascarpone. Tonight I have a date with a pint of ben and jerrys and some nice rootbeer.

The Mascarpone is such a great flavor

The recipe calls for .75% CAP Golden Pineapple and 2% INA Pineapple. I couldn't find the INA Pineapple so I just used 3% of the Cap Golden Pineapple instead. I rounded up on Cap since I know INA is often stronger than other brands. It worked out just fine for me!

Since INA is usually stronger, you might use a bit less than 3%. I would guess you could get by with 2.5 - 2.75% but I am sure you would be a better judge of what percentage would work than I am since I am such a newbie mixer.

Well, I wrote a letter. It's decent actually until the end until I get to the scorched earth part. You know, I'm an extremist I can't end a complaint letter until I get to, "It may take me two years, you will all be maimed, the company I work for will no longer exist."

LOL definitely my complaint letters are okay if I take out the last 6 paragraphs.. I mean, not only was that thing CRAP, EVERY time I have asked my supervisor to review a document or how to phrase something she hasn't responded. She has called me once on my "six month" plan. Even if the ONE NOTE they could scare up was so dreadful (it isn't) well, failure to supervise shouldn't result in MY getting problems.

I definitely need a couple days of FMLA either way. I'm not in a good place. it's not good. l need to adjust to the creepy Adderall. I would like to do yoga tomorrow . I'm trying to not stress out the husband, and I STILL like my STUPID DAMNED work. I do. I sort of love it,.

IDK. I have to call my supervisor anyhow for like, FMLA. I could talk to her about these things I think and maybe set up a meeting with her and HER boss, but like, no, I will NOT be on another plan for a COMPL AINT my supervisor VERBALLY agreed was a misunderstanding and if "maybe take probiotics but talk to your medical provider" is the very WORST they can come up with on recent days? Because, I am being CAREFUL already.

I suppose I could try and do it verbally and be like "Look, this is BS, and BY GOLLY if you want me to not TOP the charts I am HAPPY to work 4 day weeks, if so it must be and etc."

I just.....My supervisor PUT me in that clinic and told me I had to GO,. NOW she's mad because I am busy and productive. I don't understand in the very slightest.

I don't want to go Full Metal Jacket but I have GOT to stand up for me SOMEHOW,. So.. . yeah, I could kinda try to low key it or whatever,. But who knows, I have my evidence and I am so far to the right, well, surely any sane person would consider it.

My mom told me to work less. IDK.

Life, sigh. It's just unfair sometimes. ;Never would I have thought working hard would lead me to ruination. Oh well. It is what it is. I want to buy a house, and baby goats and stuff. Gotta be in stable employment for two years.

So yes, I could put on my sweet hat and call my supervisor and be I'm sorry this needs to be discussed and with YOUR boss too. Etc.

I’m sorry you are having problems. At my work, if you are a hard worker then you get more work or responsibilities piled on you and if you are a goof off then you get help or work taken away.

I’m probably going to make a small flavor order. My Small bottle of FA Raspberry is almost empty,I want a bigger bottle of FW Yogurt and of WF Croissant. Also a small bottle of TFA Greek Yogurt to try.

I like half and half Fuji Apple (VTA, FA, Jungle Flavors) and VTA Granny Smith Apple.

Chilled Cran-Apple
Cranberry (TFA) 7% or Cranberry (SC) 3%
Fuji Red Apple (any of the three brands) 2%
Granny Smith Apple (VTA) 2%
Lemon (FE) .5 to 1%
Shape Up Pear (Molinberry) .5 to 1%
WS-23 (optional) .5%

Oh Yum!! This sounds so good! Thank you! I'll have to do some substitutions -- like for every ingredient except for the FA Fuji apple, but this is one I want to try right away. I can always buy the other flavors next time.

Also I found a flavor there I've been looking for. TFA Gingerbread Extra Ginger. I use it in a Ginger Ale juice which is one of my favorites. WL doesn't stock it any more and I got some other manufacturer's Ginger but it didn't do the job. I was on BCF getting my order ready and I saw it there. They only have the 10ml size so I tried to pick up 4 of them but they only had one in stock. Decided not to wait.

If anyone happens to see that flavor anywhere please let me know. Should be fine for a while since it's really strong and I only use a little in the mix.

What percentage would you suggest? I've been wondering about this ever since I mixed ID10-T's Mango Colada with the substitution. I've got a newbie stash and I'll probably do a lot of substitutions until I grow it.

That’s a lot for INW

I got into a muddle and thought I didn't have the appropriate pineapples, when it's a mango that I'm missing (CAP Sweet Mango). I do have the FLV Mango the recipe calls for, and I also have FE Mango and PUR Mango. Does anyone know if either of those last two sub well for CAP Sweet?
