I got into a muddle and thought I didn't have the appropriate pineapples, when it's a mango that I'm missing (CAP Sweet Mango). I do have the FLV Mango the recipe calls for, and I also have FE Mango and PUR Mango. Does anyone know if either of those last two sub well for CAP Sweet?

When I mixed it, I couldn't find my CAP Sweet either. I used the FLV Mango at 4% per the recipe and the WF (SC) Island Mango at 1%. It turned out great.

I had to do so many substitutions because I have been spraying everything that comes into the house with a 90+ percent solution of alcohol and I didn't realize I hadn't sprayed part of that order yet so it was in the to-be-sprayed pile instead of with the rest of my mixing supplies.

Cool - thanks. For some reason it never occurred to me to check the manufacturer. Took a while to create an account and upgrade it to see bulk purchases, which is anything over 15mls. It's not expensive either. I use mostly TFA so I might be doing some shopping there.

Yeah, I usually just buy from Wizard or BCF also, but if I can't find a flavor in stock, I always check there. :)

Think I'll go with 2.5% INW. (Note: I, too, am a noob.)

INW Pineapple is not a strong flavor unlike most of the Inawera line. In Dave's original If You Like Piña Coladas recipe, he uses 5.5% Inawera Pineapple and .5% TFA Pineapple. In mine, I use 3% INW and 3% VTA Sugarloaf. In the Mango Colada, mango replaces a lot of the pineapple but apparently, you still need some or it wouldn't be a Colada. LOL Anyway, I think you are safe with 2.5% INW or even 3% since you are leaving out the CAP Golden. JMHO

I had no idea you were new to this! I think I saw someone say something about recipes in your blog so I thought you were an old pro!
Zazie is putting all the recipes on this site into his blog.

Odd for INW to have a weak favor .

OMG, you would probably gag at my storage system. Whatever cardboard box is handy, stored on the top shelf of the bedroom closet.
Mods are scattered across the top of my stereo stand, and a tackle box containing everything I need to maintain them on the bottom shelf of the stereo stand.
Gallons of PG and VG under the bathroom vanity, 100mg Nic in the back of the freezer.
Recipes on a legal pad handwritten in ink, somewhere....

That's plenty organized for this old man.
Mine was a mess too and it was driving me crazy. Much better now.

I like half and half Fuji Apple (VTA, FA, Jungle Flavors) and VTA Granny Smith Apple.

    Chilled Cran-Apple
Cranberry (TFA) 7% or Cranberry (SC) 3%
Fuji Red Apple (any of the three brands) 2%
    Granny Smith Apple (VTA) 2%
    Lemon (FE) .5 to 1%
Shape Up Pear (Molinberry) .5 to 1%
    WS-23 (optional) .5%
Oh gosh that sounds so good. Now I need to check my stash for apples.

I am so impressed with your stash!! You've been so successful at stocking up quickly, I'd say you deserve a break from it. Especially since the virus may do one good thing for us and push back the Deeming deadline.
Thank you! I worked hard on it and I truly am shopped out. As I put away everything I made an inventory with notes for a lot of the items. It will come in handy in the future.
