I tried a steeped White Chocolate Kiwi Cheesecake today. Pretty tasty but a tad sweet. Added just a wee bit of plain cheesecake to bring down the sweet level. Another mix was good but could stand a bit of brightening so I used Pam's suggestion of .25% lemon again.

This is the one I brightened with the touch of lemon. More flavor than usual again but that always seems to work fine with cheesecakes.

    Cap Hazelnut 2%
    TFA Cheesecake/Graham 6%
    Cap Toasted Almond 3%
    TFA White Chocolate 4%
Touch of lemon .25% I used Lemon Sicily

Lemon Sicily will certainly work but if you are steeping these mixes for any period of time, you should get a bottle of FE Lemon. Lemon Sicily has a pronounced flavor fade after just a few weeks. FE Lemon doesn't fade. I kept my single flavor testers of all my lemons for quite some time just so I could test for the famous lemon fade.

Huge, huge, huge difference between Cap Horchata and TFA Horchata Smooth
The TFA is way more cinnamony.
Not sure if I like it...and I bought a 4oz bottle of it.

    Time will tell...

I bought a bottle of both to try based on how you liked CAP and other comments about TFA. This should be interesting! I may not get to mix until next weekend. I'm looking forward to it!!

The mix is well steeped. I just added the lemon to it.

Well,I do occasionally use lemon in a new mix so I guess I'll be getting some FE lemon at some point.

I put that on my shopping list too. Missed many sales for the 4th of July, already planning for Labor Day (not that I want summer to be over :( ) I still have a few others on my 'would be nice to have' list. LOL.

Not to worry. You can get the Lemon at ECX and they seem to have sales quite often:)

I’d like to see the recipe when you think it’s ready.

I posted it a few posts back. It's good.
@FranC, does the recipe (as you posted it) reflect the additional cheesecake you mentioned?

I'm still anxious to try my newest mixed stuff with the strange flavors......Fresh fig,Smoked Plum etc. doesn't seem possible they were mixed only 3-4 days ago....LOL I still have plenty of older mixed stuff to get through. Keep me busy for awhile.

Good to know. Smoked Plum sounded interesting too plus... lol you'd never know I added quite a few to my collection.

I decided to branch out into basil (got Zen for now since BCF didn't have FLV), melons, cucumber, mint, horchata, and more. I may not have time to mix (it's busy season at work) but at least I'm organized. My biggest problem will be trying to decide what to mix first. I'm ok with that. :)

No,I added that just for me. To cut sweetness. It's not that sweet.Just a tad too much for me.
