Vaping since 8/9/2012
We went to 3 outdoor plant places and I'm impressed to see most folks wearing masks.
All but one person was wearing them yesterday at the hospital but the city has an ordinance that you must wear them. Today at the doctors everybody I saw had them on. I stopped by the grocery store and I only saw like three people wearing them. I have mine on everywhere I go. I'll have to wear them when I start back to work too.

If you say so. I never want to leave. Maybe in a coffin. I have yet to bathe because I was busy doing stuff like applying for 2 more jobs (due date tomorrow so I will not have my transcripts yet.)

Also, my husband called to like, tell me his car died the drive shaft like split or something, and it may or may not have killed the transition. 2 k at MIIMUM if we are lucky. Oy. He's renting a car and driving back.

I have yet to bathe because like I keep doing dumb stuff like being "Oh I vaped my black precio DRY so I put the all ultem tank on and then my coil snapped after recoiling and THEN I was like recoil it but somehow wound up like looking like it had 3 serviceable legs which I knew it didn't. That took a while to sort out and it vapes the exact same. Oh well I prefer the other look anyway. I can keep it as a spare tank.

I just wanna crawl in hole and die, and since I don't even know if I am going to get sent for X rays or not (although Spur,, DO may want me to) meh I can bathe THEN.

I spilled like 3/4 of my Tylenol over the floor. I was like, "Should I take it as a sign like, I should give up Tylenol?" only I decided to take it as a sign that I should screw lids on better, especially since I like picking things up by their lids.

LOL that happened one time at a pharmacy, the "pharmacist"" "had" to "review" a med with me for some reason even though I took it all the time. The bottle was so full when she opened it, one spilled. I just looked at her and said, "What, no ten second rule?" She did not appreciate my humor she was all, "No" and grabbed the tech and lectured her about overfilling stuff and made her get a larger bottle and another pill. She (the pharmacist) kind of looked like a dog had just pooped on her carpet.

    She was not happy.
    We share that trait currently.

Although I have NO compunction about picking up spilled meds it happens all the TIME man.

Nope not quite. I have a telemed appointment with Spur, DO at 2 pm. I shall discuss my woes with him and then if he wants me to go get a freaking X ray at their radiology service, which is open, he will order it.

If he wants me to like go to an ER, that's fine, but I'm not going to HIS. I will be calling around to ERs to find out which ones have the drug that actually TREATS my condition because I am NOT spending 300 bucks to go to a freaking ER that like does not have the ability to say, "OOOOhhhh you sick, we better treat you with that antivirus stuff. That will require some driving probably at LEAST to Sierra Vista. Also, I am gonna tell them to bill me for my copay because I don't HAVE it right now and in addition, they can do all the treating of me they like but I have to buy food and crap.

Right now I am on the phone with Spur's MA. Either I am confusing or she is confused.

Urgh Spur is so annoying I was probably annoying too. He was like, "Did you not hear about the free blitz testing" (I was asking about a test and like, well, it was just... I don't know if I will bother I was like, I refuse to pay 75 bucks for a public health test, sorry.) this weekend?" I was like, DUDE, I don't even want to hear your crap. When I filled out the questionnaire they were like, "You are too sick to test, consult your healthcare provider." Anyway, they are gonna call me to schedule an X-ray whoopee. He could not tell me if the ER like had the anti viral crud and like, etc. He was like, "You can call them." I was like, "Uh huh." He was all, "You should etc. etc. like it was all MY dealio. Anyway, I was just like "F it the radiologist reads the chest X-ray so meh. They will know better than this goof. Well he's not the worst, really I suppose he just COMES OFF goofy. Anyway he confirmed my iron was from low iron and asked me if I had had any source of bleeding" and I was like WHY YES and I had my blood tested for anemia JUST before this happened and it was fine, but like, then some dumb doc like decided to tank my TSH using a med that did not work, and it was like the red sea, every two weeks then YOU tested me and I was anemic. For the first time in my life."

I told him I couldn't take even the ferrous stuff, I tried and I would LOVE some iron shots and he was like, "Meh just keep eating liver if It is working I will test you in 2 months."

I guess I should go bathe here shortly and like whatnot. I suppose (Hope?) they will appointment me today.

He was like, "So I will do a follow up in a few days" and I was like "Uh huh." He was all like, "It doesn't sound okay to you." I was like, "Well it doesn't sound like I got much choice. I am okay with it anyway because I will have like um, Zithromax until then. If he wants to shove me on something else, well whatever. He kept going on about UTIs I was like, " MAN I DO NOT HAVE A UTI. I know where my lungs are I know where my bladder is I know what hurts."

Then I was like, "Nope.; You just try having your fever elevated for a month and see how it feels." Then he fed me some long story about being on oxygen like 5 canister worth, and in the hospital for a month. I was like, "Holy goodness well then have some empathy dude. Just because I am more of a baller than you (I have no clue if that was contextually correct as I have NO CLUE what that word even means but it "Felt" right to say it.") Then I asked when I should go to the hospital and he was like O2sat below 90 or fever above 104. I was like, "Hmm, that's already happened woulda been nice to know." Then, he like was like, "If it happens again, go."

And I was like "K great we done here, I am tired and well, I will be chatting In a few days, glad you didn't die... I think. I mean IDK maybe your coworkers are all cool."

So yeah, your typical Spur DO appt. He is calling me in more Albuterol I hope that stuff isn't addictive, but it seems like it's not.

I would go as I am FOR REALS but I don't want to go and be like, involuntaried for attempting to become "homeless." I'm really just a day or two of bathing away, I think.
Meh. Well, that's.... started. I was like, "REALLY? REALLLY? a potential covid patient and you don't read it rapidly C'mon"

That was my main real complaint and well,, bah. Rural care is rural care. You are not going to HAVE a nice doc you know being patient and answering your questions for you. You are going to get an airhead, probably IQ points lower from Covid himself, going "IDK IDK IDK."

I couldn't go into the doctors office building with my dad. What a mess. We had medication questions and he can't hear. So frustrating. I was able to go in with my son.

Can you call the doctor's office, explain the situation and ask them to summarize the visit in writing for you?

Waking up more. Bathing. Going to see my doctore. Etc. Woke with a mild fever and a slight cough but I don't feel too bad otherwise.

Vacuum and mop? I want to try my mango lassi SOON and that may require pulling out my last uh, Precisio. I don't even have as many Rose V3s in service ATM man. IDK though I bought this other RTA from overseas and it was a sort of impulse purchase.

Vacuum and mop the floors? Hahaha but it would make the husband so happy. It's not the vacuuming I mind so much with my beloved, changed the belt once 15 year old Orick XL (I was a hotel maid one summer and we had them, I am CERTAIN it like, is the best thing since sliced bread EVER and it's super light.) Made the husband buy one for me for Christmas and he did now want to, but now agrees it was a false economy. But mopping the floors is SO hard. Not as hard as it used to be but still..... even if there isn't coffee anywhere the mop bucket be so heavy.

I will consider it. Ooh, L also not only rewicked, but recoiled a Rose V3. It is full of delicious Tested Coconut Mango Sherbet and yes the vape is nicer with some ice cream although it could stand steeping a bit. It was pretty easy and fast made me feel competent.

Yeah we will just see how that goes as it continues. Etc. I am wicking a bit more ferociously with my new thinner mixes but only a tiny bit

    Anna

Coconut Mango Sherbet? I would love the recipe for that if you don't mind sharing.

Toasted Coconut Mango Sherbert-- Purilem. I think it's meant to be a one shot, but I usually do things to it like add toasted coconut a tiny bit and this time a smidge of ice cream. It's good but will get better in a week I'm fairly sure.

It's kind of a fun one shot in that whatever you do to it (on it's own it is a tiny bit, bland) will make it interesting in whatever direction. Etc.

    Somewhere between here and there
Afternoon mixers. Another day of work done. I got tracking on my bcf order. Should be here by the weekend. With some help, I ordered a GeekVape Aegis 100w 26650. It’s the only aegis I don’t have and wanted to complete the collection.

When I want probiotics (which I do all the time as they have done more for my bowl function than any other thing) I take a very expensive pill every night but I think it has over 75 billion microorganisms and like 10 different strains and is supposed to bypass your stomach acid, well I take that with a grain of salt although SOME stuff sure does, like a metal coil, for exampe) and it's worth it to me, every penny. It's interesting research has gotten really into this stuff. I was like "probiotic, schobiotic" until the nutritionists did a presentation with actual research and it can decrease anxiety, depression all sorts of weird stuff. Well I guess it's because like, all the chemicals that go to your head are manufacture in your digestive tract.

If you need something of a tiny boost, I guess Kefir could give you that. I have no idea how to make it and I don't think I would try but hey they say Activia yoghurt also helps and there has to be less "live active culture" in it than there is in probiotics so no harm in trying, I say.

MMF I am bathing now but it is because *I* want to do it. Like, no one from my doctor's office "rushed" to call. I hate that dude sometimes (Spur, DO) because he thinks he is so agreeable, he just parrots what you want to hear. He was all like, "I will surely try to make it happen" but I bet he messed up the referral somehow. He's probably out back, huffing paint and waiting for the 5 pm witching hour. I swear TO GOD I should go back there and trap him.

Competent doctors say, "I will do X, Y, and Z, and specify a time frame." Competent doctors do not ATTEMPT to DO things they actually, you know, do them."

Like, if he were not a complete turd head, he would have used his honestly. As in, "It probably will not be today, it's too late in the afternoon" or something.

I really hate those types. Man, I wanted him to send my chart to my STD company but I'm afreared to, because I have NO CLUE what his charts even LOOK like, he might do them using a Ouija board.

BLEGH OH WELL I vaguely recall clean feeling nice. Off I GO!!! LOL
