Haven't tried it (but it is supposed to be really good) I love Kombucha! Yes, it's kinda sour tasting but works so well. The brand is GT and it's called Synergy.
Oh yea, about pro-biotics... there is a term "pre-biotics" It means foods that help promote the growth of pro-biotics. Something about Quinoa just agrees with me (and it tastes great) It's a grain you cook like rice.
I am clean. So is most of my bathroom thanks to a mere offhand comment the husband made about it needing cleaning. Since the best time to clean the bathtub is (mostly) right before you bathe and the little bit left over you can do while you wait for your henna to stop bleeding turban like around your head, and the you hose down the remainder of the bathtub followed by your feet.
I did not enjoy it while it was happening but I DO now it has occurred .
It's just really unfortunate when you are then all tired to plop yourself down on the couch, reach for your vape, and read "low battery" and THE ULTIMATE worst is when you try to change the battery but actually put the same one in and you are like, "A bit weird, what that one's doing in the charger well, I don't know and sit down turn on the vape and get the same message.
But well I at least can say: I did SOMETHING several somethings if you like, count the job applications. But eh, I guess I don't.
Tonight is Laila night (that is my Sufi name too) it's basically "LOVE SHEER LOVE." Don't sweat it it's not as great as it sounds. Lailas love everything and that means they're extremists and emotionalists, even as they are HATING you hard, ooh they are loving it. Also all that substance abuse stuff, it's all sheer love of the substance. You think I'm gonna drink like I did because I went into DTs or anything else? NOPE I loved it until it sucked and now I no longer do. Also, Lailas be like .....in' but I have met a ton and they are not ALWAYS the brightest tools in the shed, at least when it comes to logic and behavior. I think I am one of the more logical and certainly smart Lailas I know, but you have to factor in like, the heavy duty psychotropic meds. Without, not too bright.
BUT Anyway this night of Ramadan is like the time to say a quick prayer of mercy forgiveness of godly love and then pray for all your hopes and dreams but like, IDK. I have some hopes and dreams, one of which includes being Cleopatra for example but I'm not gonna implement it but I want a place I can buy a home and place I can be happy .I told my mom about the CO job, she said she would pray for it, but it appeared (to me) there was a slightly hesitancy in her tone.
She mighta just been cranky dude ,she has to stay up ALL NIGHT for full effectiveness. I don't but because I'm sick. Otherwise, I am supposed to PRAY all night long on this fine night, but let's FACE it even the MILDEST Muslim contains streaks of extremism, I mean I think it is great to pray but there were certain times during all night jaunts where I was like, "Holly Mackerel Anna, if God were to answer right now he'd be all "I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME SHUT UP AND LET ME SLEEP."
But anywhoo, if you go some praying to do, it is a decent night to do it or so I hear.
Also clean is good.

From what I've read onion, garlic, asparagus, and oatmeal are commonly available prebiotics also. I think I'll order some water Kefir grains and give it a try, they're supposed to do better in the Summer. I might try brewing milk Kefir when the weather cools down later in the year. Room temp is not ideal for that where I'm living, no central AC.

I found out today that I myself need seven teeth pulled as soon as possible, and while going thru this forum I just HAPPENED upon this post suddenly. Omg. This world is certainly amazing with its synchronicity.
Thanks for the warning, unfortunately, I have no choice. I may instead opt for only 3 pulled but the dentist says I'll be beggin to pull the other 4 within a month. EEK !

Good morning mixers. I’m headed to work soon. I was going to mix some more last night but decided to wait for my bcf order and do it all at once this weekend. I think I might start clearing out some of my old mixes that I haven’t used in a long time.

I ordered a new work outfit from amazon yesterday to start gearing back up. I hope it fits. I've gained a couple of pounds. I normally buy from thrift stores since they have great clothes at great prices but I don't feel comfortable going in there yet. Still vaping my girl scout recipes. I really like the samoa recipe. The peppermint of the thin mints just takes over but I've been focusing on the samoa. I need to make an order. But first I need to get some new recipes together and only order flavors needed. I can't buy 35 flavors right now as it's just too much. I need to make a new NET recipe today.
How appropriate. Going to see the Ol' Gum Poker tomorrow.
