Morning Random Folk. Finally caught up.

On police use of force while driving/riding: I've been searched a few times, thankfully never at gunpoint. They always have a hand on their service weapon, but haven't pointed it at me.

With everything going on, CV etc., all the tension, violence, and riots, I don't think I'll be taking pleasure trips real soon. I'd like to go down to the coast and camp out on the beach with a fire, a cooler, and a rod, but it'll have to wait.

Finally tried the last of my game mixes. The Biscoff. I had added a bit of cream and sweetener to it, to temper the dryness, but I was still afraid of it, hence the delay. To my shock, it turned out pretty well. I am reminded of the cookie it is patterned after (which is delicious, by the way, and you should all make a batch if you like a spice cookie).

I also added a bit of cream and sweetener to my other dry game recipes and am finding the results very vapable. All in all, I'm pretty darn happy with the results of the game. It gave me the push to experiment, and most of the mixes were more than tolerable.

Hey, I finally caught up on this thread. The move was stressful. We moved on Thursday and SIL deployed Friday morning. We have a packed garage to get through and it is exhausting. I now know I will have to sell a ton of vape gear, no place to store it.
You’d be surprised at the number of pieces of furniture you can secret plastic storage boxes under. I even found some one mod (laying on their sides) high that fits unseen under my low club chairs . What’s not in those in a variety of places, are in shoeboxes at the way top of my closet. Labeled so I don’t forget.
My various caramel and butterscotch mixes all had their one month in the closet. I was excited to try them... but I’m not getting either caramel or butterscotch. At all. I get a little sweet (that part is ok), no buttery candy, just sort of sour... maybe like you get from apple cider? Not tart, just flat and sour in the background. Six mixes using different brands/types, so it’s not brand specific. Maybe I’m blind to caramel and butterscotch, unless someone has a magic fix? Half the recipes were custards, half bakeries.

I ordered from ejuicesteals as I can't mix right now. Couldn't get the free shipping code to work so pared the order down to 13.00 and paid 18.00 for shipping. Weird but at .50 per bottle of mango tart, it was worth it. Would have to pay that much for just the glass bottles and I love DL mango tart.

    Also, good morning mixeroos.

I can’t taste caramel in a vape at all. Never bought any butterscotch as it just doesn’t appeal to me.

Try this one and see what you think. Sometimes to me it almost tastes like a butterscotch candy.

Mel here are my butterscotch and caramel recipes.

    Butterscotch...

    FW Butterscotch Ripple 3.7%
    FA Butterscotch 2%
    FA Madagascar Vanilla 3%
    FA Vienna Cream 0.8%
FLV Cream 6-8 drops (yes, I add it too many)

Oh yeah, lately I'll add 10-12 drops of FW Natural Butterscotch to it. Makes it an even richer butterscotch.

It's not super sweet. Sometimes I add a little FLV Butterscotch too (5-6 drops).

    Caramel...

    FA Madagascar Vanilla 3%
    FA Vienna Cream 0.8%
    FLV Cream 6-8 drops
    INW Caramel 6 drops
    FLV Caramel 6 drops
    FW Butterscotch Ripple 3.7%

INW Caramel is a dark caramel that I don't find to be sweet. It's strong too. I'm currently doing a test with MB Melty Caramel. Just waiting for a little longer steep.

Maybe try those??? If you want them sweeter just up the FA Vienna Cream to 1-1.5%.

That looks really good! It's similar to Longing by ID10-T, which I made a few days ago. Longing doesn't have enough flavor in it to me. I am going to adjust the flavorings percentage upwards a bit. Let us know how yours turns out, please.

I made my first custard, it was kinda based on something @FranC made but I only had half the ingredients so I decided to get wild and creative.

I'm a bit frightened to taste it but I'm sure it's not ready anyway. It wound up being so different than the recipe and labelled it "Mom" so I know who to blame (whenever possible I like to spread blame around dude, LOL) so be worried, @FranC . LOL.

I JUST NOW like 15 minutes ago got interrupted by like, a pdoc appointment I had. My doc is such a werido he LOVES looking stuff up he was giving me house prices and going "This is insane." I was like "Yes, Mr. Real Estate Pdoc I have already LOOKED I promise." Plus our mortgage is at 50K (Husband likes paying things ahead, I like that about him since I give him most of my money.) I bought it at like 70. I told him they were selling for around 160K in my area now and ours is brand new (contractors doing great apparently) so like, he was all like.... "How... did you..." LOL I was like, "I can't give up my mysterious secrets of the real estate runes, but trust me, it was NOT worth it. However, if I said TOO much you might up my antipsychotic and I can't be having that at the moment, I NEED my runes. I think he was like close to asking me to find him a nice state and house to retire to. LOL.

So in any case, yeah all that happened. Credentialing is horrid. I like, entered 8 references (they asked for 3) but you just can't, with COVID and whatever, well people be moving around and etc.

So we shall SEE I guess. In any case, I don't want my pdoc to retire next door to my Appalachian palace-- I cannot STAND his wife she is STRIDENT. Always. Except when he chills her out he is REAL good at it. She's not allowed in the office to help anymore though she has offended too many patients.

So yea..... I'm DONE until TUSEDAY HOLY BEJESUS WHUT.

    Anna

Appalachian palace gonna have horses if I get the husband over his fears. Maybe two and an a miniature donkey and whatnot.

I am pretty tired but I WILL BE doing yoga. I should tens unit my back REALLY.

Tomorrow-Walmart. Perhaps or just the uh, Dollar general. Those places are useful!

    GOOD Afternoon Random Mixers!

No I didn't just get up! For the first time ever (I think) I got up, made coffee and right away started playing Skyrim. Only now that I'm about to go out with the wife did it occur to me to check my email and check in here! Doh!
