@hittman how did you write up your master list/inventory of flavors?
I was thinking of something like this, i.e.
Blueberry - CAP 1x 30ml
Blueberry Extra - TFA 1x 30ml, 1x30ml (partial)
I'd like to keep track of what and how much I have, as to not run out. I'd probably keep inventory of nic and VG as well
i.e.
100mg nic salts - 10x 120ml, 8x 60ml
I don't track quantity but probably should. If a bottle is starting to get low then I check my 30+ oz bottles to see if I have more. If I don't then I add it to my wishlist at bcf.
I just have my list organized first by flavor name alphabetically, second by brand, third by case number and finally by slot number in that case. It would be easy to add another column in my table in MS Word for quantity. I'm just not dedicated enough to record it on the form or on the computer every time I take .05 or more of a flavor to use in a recipe.
I had been only mixing due to necessity, rather than for enjoyment or fun. I was horribly depressed the last 3 months, so even taking a few minutes to mix something, or even clean my supplies/gear was a monumental task. I'm with you on simple(r) recipes. I once did a 12 flavor recipe, and it really wasn't worth it and a pain in the rear. I'd probably be better off buying a one shot for something like that. I like to stick to 1-5 flavors
I've been disappointed a few times after buying a bunch of flavors to make a 10-12 flavor recipe. On the up side though, I've gone back and used those flavors in other recipes so it wasn't a waste.
