Good to know. Thanks! What percentage do you recommend I add?

I did it out of solidarity with my wife, and now it's just a part of my life. I don't mind it, I'm eating tasty stuff just like I always did, and I don't seem to be experiencing any ill effects. and it's been very beneficial to us that she is a gourmand chef. I'm a pretty good cook myself too, so that makes it easier. She bought a bunch of cookbooks too, but I haven't even looked at one. I've settled on a chow mein and loaded nacho salad for my go-to's. It was pretty easy for me to do it.. except eating out is a challenge, and eating with family and friends is a challenge.Ohh I was vegetarian for a short time but continued to eat cheese and eggs. But I have been thinking heavily on becoming vegan. The hard part for me is having to cook two separate meals since my son is picky, and eats meat. I did that for a while when I was on a strict diet and exercise regime, but it gets old having to cook two things all the time. I’ve been watching some YouTube videos of recipes and vegan lifestyle topics lately. I also bought a vegan cookbook but it just sits there for now. I did make a couple of things. I really want to do it as meat just disgusts me lately. I’ve never really been fond of it. I even bought flax/chia/hemp seeds and nutritional yeast and have that regularly. I had a piece of toast with almond butter and ground seeds for lunch today.
I like to make brown rice, roast a bunch of veggies in one pan, throw in some kind of sauce, and eat. Brown rice and black beans are good too but I ate so much of it that I burned out. I think spices and sauces are the key. I need to start building a recipe base and learn how to cook for one person without wasting food. Just keep it simple and quick.I did it out of solidarity with my wife, and now it's just a part of my life. Feels like the word vegan has such negative connotations, so I prefer herbivore, or just rabbit food eater.
Good reviewNew review alert. I just posted a new review if anyone would like to see it.

Not to mention my singing sucks.
Keep going like that and you’ll be in a house before you start your jobUum most EVERYONE except the purists kind of suck these day s. This thing called autotune ruined music. You have to find a live performance of a new singer/band to determine if they are worth it.
Like I WILL DEAL with Imagine Dragons until this last album where the producer was like "Let's speed it up by half." It's horrible, atonal if you have perfect pitch and just WRONG.
You can tell immediately. That dude can't sing that fast. NO ONE can. Try and you will see. They are VILE live... absolutely horrific. I used to think it was redeeming that the artist was FAT but now I think about it more I'm like, "NO, he's just FAT he gets laid ANY Time he wants."
You need live auto tune I can ask my brother for help.
Speaking of food I now eat like A LUMBERJACK NOW. I did 1 and 2/3 of yoga and DID find a BROOM which was cool I swept the entire house. Because I WANTED to. While doing so, I called my pharmacy and made sure ANY and ALL issues are taken care of and now they are.
I cannot BELIEVE what I accomplished today all I gotta do with the husband is apply for the apartment then talk to my mom about like, how to handle uh, moving.
This is pretty good for day ONE or is it TWO but like the husband put me severely behind.
I am eating like a lumberjack and glad the brussel sprout is gone.
Also It will be a two bathroom apartment (you can get them) it has been A LONG time since I have shared a bathroom with the husband (LET ALOLNE SOME WACKY WV AIR BRB PERSON) and I am not starting now.

I do like ID10-T's recipes. I watch DIYorDie Noted videos and he hogs the show (and often half-drunk) but he has a very good sense of flavors and how to use them. Some of his descriptions (of bad flavors) are very interesting (cardboard, barf, burnt tires, shower curtain, burnt popcorn, nail polish, ect) Sorry if that was TMI.I thought about adding the bilberry, but this recipe was so highly rated on ATF I thought I should just go with it.
I am not vegetarian (but do eat lots of healthy stuff including vegis) I love brown rice and black beans. Yes, a good sauce is they key to flavorI like to make brown rice, roast a bunch of veggies in one pan, throw in some kind of sauce, and eat. If I did sing in Walmart, it would be this song (WARNING: offensive and bad language!)Mask is no way enough for me to sing in Walmart. Not to mention my singing sucks.
Good luck with that.I keep meaning to tell you @vaper1960 all your butter mint plus fruit sounded super weird to me but I was filling it up (so I thought) and accidentally used a one shot called tropical sunrise which is very fruity. It is surprisingly good I could see me experimenting. LOL.
The husband is here but he is feral. Like, erect a barbed wire fence or something. I wish he would come back when he was RESTED.
If he continues to annoy me to the point I start smoking cigarettes again lDK I might like ask him to take a hike.; Not sure how long but I just can't take it.
I can't take the explosions. He's driving me batty.

Good luck on selling the house. Good news is with interest rates low, people are snapping them up. Bad news is financing is backed up and closing is often taking twice as long.@FranC you can borrow some of MY energy (LOL I will be needing it back soon) but you have to promise to sing in a Walmart. Even for five minutes. But, it has to be LOUD and PROUD.
LOL yeah I figured you would turn me down.
YOGA TIME. House goes live SATURDAY on MLS and I can obsessively check who has looked at it this should be FUN (mild sarcasm here.)
