I tried a different version adding caramel....no good, no good....

I mix the vanilla a pint at a time, the lemon 8oz.

As opposed to the custard mixes, these are both shake-and-vape; though you'll see some changes over the first couple days, they're good right off the bat.

Both are pretty gentle on the palate.

I got my nic bottled and into the freezer. I also used some of the new 316 superfine Clapton wire and put a new 2.5mm coil at .64 ohms in the ares 2. Flavor is much better.

I changed the coil on the sceptre but now I’m a little torn. The flavor was pretty good with the 1.2 but there was no TH. With the .5 coil it’s warmer and I’m getting some TH but the flavor is weak. I’m hoping it’ll be better once the coil is broken in.

Maybe once it breaks in, or try a different type of flavor? I swapped to the 0.5 to see how it is. I mean, I have a WHOLE week to decide and stock up, might as well lol.
It’s warmer, and the flavor is outstanding. Ive got a butterscotch banana in it right now. Flavor was good on the 1.2, but I agree, not much TH. I’m actually finding the autodraw good on the 0.5, wayyyy too anemic on the 1.2.

well yes it is...but also partly as I can't really taste banana or strawberry so I tend to mix them higher %

I have had a lot of mods over the years and the CFIV is definitely one I miss, it was just so comfortable to use and radically different from everything I had before it.

How is the battery holding out?

Are you using auto or button?

I was using the button but tried it in auto also. I ended up with the airflow set to mtl to get it to fire in auto with the .5. If I open the airflow much then it’s hard to get enough suction to activate it. It’s calming down already. I’m getting a little better flavor and not as hot button firing.

I give up! GE sucks. Hidden screws you cant get to. You have to loosen the side panels (with the screw you can’t reach) to get the back panel off. No go. RJ gives up. Getting a bath to head to Lowe’s. I am not buying GE so I’ll be mismatched.
