Just went and got a take and bake Papa Murphy's Chicago Stuffed Pizza. It's in the oven so hurry over! W00T! :w00t:
We had Little Caesar’s pizza last night. I’ve never had Papa Murphy’s cause ya gotta cook it. Friday night pizza night means I don’t have to cook. :thumb: I just made burgers and fries. I’m stuffed. I’m supposed to be dieting so I put spinach on it. Third day of dieting and I’ve gained 0.2 pounds. :?:

Has anyone tried vapetasia killer Kustard?
I was very excited when I first tried it. It is very rich and strong (and sweet of course) But, after awhile I just couldn't stand it anymore (the term many people use is "cloying") It just became too much (even when I mixed DIY fruit flavors with it, it just overpowers everything) I think it is similar to CAP vanilla custard v1.

@Zazie Have you sniffed your GRAPEFRUIT sft yet?
Good nudge--I just checked them all. It smells like sour grapefruit. More of a white grapefruit than a red, at this point. It will be interesting to see how it changes.

Of the rest, the butterscotch smells disgusting, the cherries and the plum smell good; the peach, blueberry, and coconut as yet bear no resemblance to what they're supposed to be; the mango and guava are vaguely reminiscent of their namesakes but mostly just pleasant and bland; the orange and raspberry smell like not very good versions of others I have on hand.

    It's early days yet.

Hoping for a sour grapefruit. So far good with smell.

How much water can one use in recipes?
not much...you don't want your ejuice to be watery

if you find your juice to be too thick and are having wicking issues...keep getting dry hits even though there's juice in your tank....just add a drop or two to thin the juice out a bit so that it wicks better.

I use rdas so don't really have that issue

if you don't have a problem with pg you can use pg instead of water

Good evening. We went to get some more grass seed and stuff and stopped by the grocery on the way home. I swear we can’t get out of there for less than $75.

I’ve got a few new to me recipes I want to get mixed. The weekend just goes by so fast.

I’ve been wanting to try it for a long time. I think that “cloying“ is what makes me nauseous. Let’s hope I like it. Good thing is it was cheap.

I found their lemon kk the best for me, probably still have much of a bottle of the plain kk on my shelf, as will as a couple of their other fruit variants.

I honestly prefer my vc2 and lemon cream mixes [emoji3]

That ice cream drowned sounds awesome, I've got to try it. As is normal, I have 0 of the flavors on hand - off to BCF [emoji16]

    LOL, that’s not bad :lol::lol:

I hate to be the one to point it out but I AM a healthcare professional after all, I once lost 89 lbs while ON DEPAKOTE which magically imbues AIR with calories.... 89 lbs!

Dieting means nothing. Dieting means "I am really becoming aware I am fat so I will make a plan I don't stick to."

Then, there is this thing called, uh, losing weight. You usually mean it by then. You develop a plan that involves exercise and well, there are all sorts of ways to go about it, but basically, you LOSE WEIGHT because you have HAD ENOUGH. It hurts (in more ways than one) but now I weigh less than I did in HS and I have to shop in Juniors because they changed the clothing sizes to make fat American women FAIL to feel okay about themselves by make a 2XX into a size 8.

I have watched my mother "diet" for 25 years and she still weighs like somewhere between 230 and 250 lbs depending on how her "diet" is going.

Diet is a dirty word, one of the worst of them all. It BY ITS NATURE implies once you hit your like target weight (if you ever even get there) you IMMEDIATELY return to your vile, foul eating habits only now your metabolism is f:censored:ed even more.

Go to a nutritionist and a personal trainer an make a lifestyle that you can live with forever, and you will feel SO MUCH BETTER. Eventually.

I don't really enjoy the idea of Yoga at 4 am again but it sure beats gaining 89 lbs.

Losing weight is like quitting smoking. You don't get "cheat" days and you SUFFER. Sorry. Those are FACTS.

Most people won't there are a lot more fat people than smokers in America.

Diet or dieting is not as useful as nutrition @stols001, New Scientist published an article recently on it's a lot more complicated than initially thought. As no two individuals can eat the same, they have to eat to their individual needs.

@Shadav, what RDA isn't playing nice with you? And I'm thinking that your offending mod may be outputting more power than displayed.

I don't disagree at all that every Body is Different. I eat a lot of "no maybe not foods" like nuts. They are one of my best sources of protein actually because I burn fat easily because I have always exercised and am muscular and who knows a host of other reasons probably. I like carbs way too much and I limit them. I think 99% of the population could benefit from a salad before dinner, etc., and whatnot. But I certainly do not think whatever "Food pyramid" the FDA is using currently is right for everyone or even ANYONE.

I gotta be honest. There are some decent nutritionists out there, certainly. I don't always recommend them because a lot of them are SUPREMELY fat. Like, OBESE. I had been asked in the past if I would run a smoking cessation classes because I am an addictions therapist and I always used to bust up laughing and well, say, "Sure.... If I am allowed to smoke AS I present the material."

The husband (who agrees about the nutritionists and he has been in many hospitals like after his neck surgery etc.) says nutritionists get into nutrition because they LOVE food so much. LOL. Based on some "pot luck" offerings by some nutritionists on staff I have to say they know how to pack more great tasting calories into one cake than many a person.

You kind of.... I guess everyone needs the right team. I have some sympathy for this, since the age of 26 on I have been on meds that cause weight gain and I HAD to figure out what worked for me.

I just don't like this fad stuff either if I see Keto-anything more in my freaking grocery store, the next thing I am gonna see is KETO toilet paper or something.

I AM saying if you want to get some place you a) need to know where you are going b) guides can be great, guides can suck, c) a map is usually a useful thing to have d) if your map is wildly inaccurate then you better be ready for some wrong turns and take notes.

I just hate that term "diet" and when it is accompanied by like, "hahah I gained X amount after X days...." That is definitely a dilettante and not someone seriously ready to lose weight.

It's certainly not calories in, calories out as they say and I know a BUNCH of cheat codes. It was pretty rewarding to see grossly obese children lose weight under a grant we had sometimes.

I don't mean to be harsh it's just well.... Pretty soon there will be no one in the USA who is not a type II diabetic. I don't enjoy watching my mom destroy her health with food any more than she did watching me get drunk.

I've been on a restricted WOE (way of eating) for over two years. I do low carbs-not to be confused with a keto type diet. My liver doctor is impressed with my diligence. I recently added two days a month I can eat whatever I want that day. Since I take Mercaptopurine 6-MP I don't have a super appetite. I don't suffer at all with my meals. I was fat after taking prednisone for over a year. It happens life goes on. I have to be on this way of eating plan for the rest of my life

Congrats on losing weight! I once had a eating disorder of sorts. I was 92 pounds. My highest was 253.

Yeah I dislike the word diet too but my post was meant to be funny. I lost 82 pounds not too long ago, lifted weights, ran a minimum of five miles a day, and trained and completed four half marathons, was my doctor’s patient he used to motivate others. I was a beast. I completed Shaun T’s Insanity program and I got the tshirt. I ate zero sugar which is hard to do. Weighed my food and had the fat/protein/carbs down pat. A gym rat. And I’m old to boot! I’ve gained some of that back, but I have no desire to be a size zero like I was just a mere two years ago. I know exactly what to do. But I had a stressful two years at my job and I’m a stress eater. Things are much better now and I’m ready to be healthier. It’s on! :)

profile with mesh...i don't usually have spitting issues with them unless I completely flood them....
but I agree pretty sure it's the mod between the usv mach on3 and the capo 216 I get a lot of spitting....the capo I know it's because they messed up the software on it....the mach on3 I don't get it doesn't seem messed up like the capo series but it makes my rda spit a lot
