Yes it is but since you are just getting your flavors I don’t think you want to wait a month for your base to steep.
Well I was thinking about mixing about 30ml of a cheesecake with adding flavorings to try sooner, but also have 120ml or so of cheesecake base mixed for steeping.

Where can I find Bill’s recipes?

I was looking at my desktop icons the other day to clean up some things and lo and behold I found a document with some recipes. I vaguely remember copying them. I think they are possibly from ejuicemeup.com. I use elr now and deleted ejuicemeup from my computer. I haven’t had a chance to look at them closely.

@Shadav do you know if there is a squonk genius in the states? I found this one. Cthulhu Squonk Genius Adapter 7.1ml(Black) | Vape Store US Has anyone ever ordered from this place? It intrigues me. I know you’ve mentioned it before and I just saw a recent post from you about it.

I took a vacation day today. Too many numbers and too much work lately. I just need a break from it all. I’m cleaning house and cutting grass this weekend. I’m way behind and it shows. After working for 9 hours, helping my son with school in the evenings as he needs a boost from me everyone now and then, and Mom and Dad...I just run out of time and energy for chores.

And I’ve been enjoying horror movies every evening. I’ve had a blast with Halloween this year. Son and I watch them. So much fun. The Last House on the Left is a fav of mine due to its realness. We watched The Exorcist. The Crazies was excellent. Lots of movies and I’m not real big on watching movies as I’m always up and down doing stuff. It’s hard for me to sit still for two hours.
Let me see what I can find....I'll get back to you
and no I've never bought from them

The eye pain is a lot less today, but still a lot of watering, which is annoying. As long as I have my right contact in, it hasn't affected my close vision much, but of course I can't drive, not even around town. Oh well, there's nowhere I need to go right now anyway. I appreciate all the concern that you all are expressing.

Glad to hear the pain is less. Hopefully, the watering will pass soon.

I don’t always mix my base ahead. Since you are just getting your flavors you would have no need to mix the base first. The only reason for mixing any base ahead is to put it away to steep. Did that make sense?
Or if you're using a flavor that fades, like lemon.

When I get my new flavors in a couple days I was planning on mixing up a cheesecake recipe. From what I've gathered, you mix your cheesecake base first and then add flavorings like fruit later on?
I have done this a couple times. I definitely like a well steeped cheesecake, but fruit flavors can be better to me with little or no steep. Some I've made all at once, the fruit overpowered the cheesecake at first, then there wasn't enough of the fruit flavor. I'm not a very patient person, but I have some reliable recipes now that I know I enjoy enough to vape on them every day for a month or more at a time, so my solution is to make big batches at a time and let them sit as long as I can. I usually get into them "too soon", but there is enough that most of it steeps for a good amount of time.
I have made 120ml bottles of cheesecake and just left the fruit out, steeped for 3 weeks, then added a strawberry trinity and let it steep another week. I put the strawberry flavorings in the recipe, just didn't add them.
Currently I'm working off of a 500ml bottle of cheesecake that I allotted 3% fruit in the recipe, and didn't add it. Now I measure the "base" into 60ml bottles and add any combination of flavors that add up to 3% so I come out with the nic, vg/pg ratio I want. And I can make a different cheesecake flavor whenever I need more without taking as much time, whatever I feel like for the week. I cheated a little on my last batch and added 4% of a flavor cause I knew from experience I wanted more of it, but that cut down my nic% a tiny bit.

Good to see someone likes cheesecakes as much as me.

I've never quite done this, but do some people make cheesecake "stones"? Does that help it pre-steep at all? I know I've seen stones used for fruits and other flavors, but not sure about if they change over time, or if the point is just to use them as a one-shot type of flavor.

That's definitely me. And in fact I learned my cheesecake making skills from this thread and in large part thanks to you @FranC.
I had a commercial cherry cheesecake e-liquid that I loved years ago and that was my first cheesecake recipe a couple years ago, and it came out well. I came here first and read a lot and asked questions.

Basically the same as a base. I’ve always seen various fruit “ stones” . I can’t say I’ve ever seen cheesecake base being called a stone.
