Off topic: I did get the job I wanted. I applied at a facility that I worked at back in 99-2006. I'm hoping this one will be it. I hate to job hop but last job insurance was crazy as well as the job with no management on board. I feel confident on ordering some diy now. :)

I saw a couple of recipes that look interesting, but the only thing I am missing is LA Banana Cream. I do have TFA Banana Cream however. Would that be a close enough substitute? Or are they too different in taste?

I regularly use TFA DX Banana Cream in 2 recipes I make. But I also bought the LA Banana Cream (Colorless) from Gremberry Farms during 1 of their Weekly Sales. I just put a tiny drop of each on my finger and taste tested them separately, to compare them.

The LA has a more "in-your-face" banana flavor to it, to me, with the cream being quite a bit lighter in taste. The LA also seems pretty potent. So I'd use less of it myself. The TFA has the banana and the cream pretty well-balanced in it, IMO, and it isn't quite as potent. To me, it's more like the banana cream filling you'd taste in a pie.

So, I guess it would depend on what you prefer taste-wise.

That is good to know. I like that you said the TFA is more balanced between the cream and the banana. I'll give it a shot.

:shock::shock::nun:

Oh my god, I love hazelnut and chocolate!

 To each their own though, right?
I love eating chocolate, just not vaping. Hazelnut is just horrible no matter how it's consumed. But many people I know love the taste of hazelnut.

I'm going to have to get some of that LA Banana Cream. I was not happy with TFA's version, I wanted more banana or overall strength from it. I took to using other banana flavorings like WF banana candy, FA Banana, and recently found my favorite plain banana flavor is Banana Real Flavors Super Concentrate.
The FA banana was floral and light and I did not like it by itself.
Also tried Hangsen Chocolate Banana, and it was awful. Did not taste like chocolate or banana, more like rich mud and fermented banana peel. Makes me sad because I have been loathe to get into Hangsen and have only had 2 flavors from them. Other was Cream and it is pretty interesting, very rich taste and mouthfeel, a lot like a Vienna cream to me, and strong.

By Jove, I'm rambling haha.

Thank you!

Speaking of banana I have flavorah banana and I'm not impressed at all. I think WF banana candy is better. Flavorah is not a ripe banana (my taste) and WF banana candy is similar to banana runts candy. I can vape it but banana in general is not my favorite flavor. Don't ask me why I wanted it! :)

Banana is a funny one for me, I love it but quickly get tired of it or can't taste it. I like using some in small amounts to give things a bit of creaminess sometimes, like in a custard.
The Real Flavors (SC) I think of as something in between runt and ripe, a pretty realistic banana flavor, not cooked, not candy.

Then you should like the LA Banana Cream.

I like to use the WF Banana Candy flavoring (a take off on Banana Runts), when I'm making shaved ice flavoring. The kids really love it and so do many adults. I've found that quite a few flavorings I use for my DIY also work great for shaved ice, too!

I've heard of people doing that. I don't have an ice shaver (whatever that is lol) but it sounds great on a warm day. I do occasionally put a few drops in a glass of tea.

Shaved ice is a popular thing down here, and in Hawaii. It's a really good money-maker business, too. Afterall...the main ingredient to make it is dirt cheap! One family in the area started their own shop on a main highway about 5 years ago and regularly have people standing 6-8 deep in line waiting to place their orders. They don't sell the various sizes cheap either! That same family has so far sold 4 franchises to other people in surrounding cities.

Shaved ice is much better than a snow cone, according to people who've tried both. It's not little crunchy ice crystals. It's much lighter and fluffier, and melts as soon as it hits your tongue. I sometimes set my machine up on my front porch and invite neighborhood kids (and their parents) to bring their big insulated cups and come over for freebies during summer. I've also taken it over to friends' houses to do shaved ice for their kids' and grandkids' BD parties. :)

This is the machine I have, but it was less expensive 4 years ago. You can make a bunch of shaved ice pretty quickly! After using it a couple times, I bought a foot operated motor controller for it. Now I can use both hands to scoop and shape the shaved ice, without having to manually stop or pause the motor.

Doing shaved ice as a small, side business during summers, even where you are, could be a nice, easy way for anyone to get extra income. The investment wouldn't be much either for a machine and the supplies.

I got the gingerbread ice cream sandwich mixed and loaded into a tank. Snv it’s nothing to write home about. I can taste the gingerbread but it’s not strong. I don’t usually use cap ice cream so am not sure about the ice cream content. It is definitely dry. I will see how it gets after 7-10 days. I might try it with a different ice cream and add 1% marshmallow or something.
HItt! You are the best! Thank you for your efforts.

Thank you thank you thank you... it works! :D Easy peasy (and I spent a half hour struggling to do it on paper)
no problem and I am surprised you have not learned that. It was like DIY first class for me.
