I did get the chocolate custard sft mixed but that’s it. I had to get in a workout and the dog is sitting by the door waiting for a walk.
I don't have suggestions, but are there some flavors that would just support those? Maybe a caramel or similar ice cream? Or hazelnut?
White Chocolate, I have an FW or FA white choc and recently combined it with CAP yellow cake, and that was good after it steeped. Found that the white choc covers old burnt coil taste pretty well.
For the lack of any better idea I will do the ice cream with hazelnut. I do have a cheesecake recipe I do a different white chocolate with but I don’t want to go to that extent. Maybe I’ll just do the ecx with biscuit. Should be fine for 2 flavor mix.
Going to try to get those mixed tomorrow. Still have 5 new coming from Chefs.
Well, the FIL owns the land but they are "supposed to" kinda. IDK. He granted us an "in perpetuitum" (forever) easement which means yeah, you can leave it there forever... I mean, like, they have to sorta do it and if they sell it, the easement can't be removed.
I mean, it's a field of slowly dissolving poop, but they want to have it, because like, they are actually downsizing this land to build a new house up on the hill.
They can give you the land and redraw the plat map and file the deed with the county but they were not going to do that (it's almost a half acre and well, it would significantly cut into the value of their land. Since we have 2 acres and no one sane is gonna build IDK a child's playhouse on a field of poop, it's like... meh. A lot of the county map was scaled inaccurately so like that was more easily fixed. They are going to be fine neighbors, but like a field of poop is like, a nice little space barrier etc.
So we shall see, I guess. No yoga today but like, IDK I guess whatever you can't do yoga nutz and buying a house.
I see my pdoc tomorrow remotely. We are gonna have a talk. Looks like MAYBE I have found a doc. Maybe. Crossing fingers and toes and well like dude.... That sudden Neurontin detox changed me. I still don't feel right and I was making progress. It's annoying but sometimes life happens and then you suffer.
Guess I will be getting some heavy lifting in along with the move here and stuff. Etc. BUT who KNOWS. Blah blah blah.

Actually CERTAIN states (not gonna say which ones) are like SHOVING tests at people left and right because well, there is a lot of fraudulence that happens in some states and some institutions. Like, when I went to the ER in AZ I did not got to a Tucson "University of AZ" hospital because I was reading reviews and people were complaining because they came in sick, the test was negative, and like, uh, they would keep them and test them day after day in quarantine and since every "positive" test (or presumed positive) got them money, they just KEPT people for like up to two weeks.
I get it, all elective procedures cancelled, etc., and whatnot you gotta make your MONEY but it most certainly was amazing to watch healthcare at work, inside and outside. I woulda gone ape if that happened to me. I am glad I like, went to Northwestern which is not part of Pima Co, they isolated me like crazy and I had a negative test and they sure scanned EVERYTHING but hey that is how I learned that I had like, a self-healing lung scar (go body, maybe one day I will do yoga again and ALSO, move homes for the final time my next home gonna be a coffin, honestly.
But, well, they scanned me like crazy and honestly like they brought a portable toilet in because they were pretty sure I was outrageously infectious. Per the husband, "They didn't like how you looked when you came in they were worried." But hey mah self healing body was okay. I'm glad I went I got better faster with treatment and maybe one day I will feel better from my forced detox.
So yeah, house stuff makes you crazy and I would like to focus better at work but it is hard. It's going pretty good and I WILL say like, um, you have to do a lot but holidays coming so slower downer I think etc.
Hopefully all is well but IDK. Guess we shall see. IDK.
I am thinking some of my BEST juices were dregs from a mix I liked that just finished and has steeped for like 9 months or more. It really makes a big difference maybe I should mix some stuff a year in a half. IDK.

Yeah we are not apartment people plus the husband can try and get his subaru repaired. I am not optimistic but it beats a truck payment BECAUSE:
The guy was like "I need proof your SSDI payment" and-- the husband's-- has JUST been deemed to be um switched over to like SSDI to SSDI-Retired." Which sort of freaking sucks. I mean..... Honestly! It's like, well, guess what SSA is closed, they suck, they are slow. So we have to do it on my income and that raised our interest rate. I don't know if it is fixable at that point.

I woke up early but not enough to do yoga, and also woke up with a headache. Hate that.
Oh well, there is always this afternoon and if you think I am gonna do MUCH besides yoga this weekend, you can revise that expectation (I certainly have) and I don't want to leave the house!
I mean.... I will etc. but I will attempt not to. Next Wed we have off. I am so glad I have a dr appointment today. Jeez. I am going to ask for my Ambien back and work on dumping another med which my doc said is more a problem. My sleep was not the same and why my doc did not discuss that with me I have no clue but well, whatever on that.
in any case, our offer letter was accepted and well, it's gonna be good. We sign and drop of Earnest money to the bank and etc. today!! Excitement mark! Mid December probably.
We are kinda annoyed it is a slightly higher payment and stuff but we can't use the husband's SSDI income due to the timing of stuff. Husband is gonna drop off more info but I don't think they will go for it. It's my dream home honestly I LOVE it. I should FIINALLY be able to organize stuff because I quit that LONG ago too many moves and I got beat down to the point of "Why bother it's just going to get moved AGAIN. I am sick of living like that so I plan on regular cleaning/organization and I am EXCITED. LOL.
I think the husband is pretty darn happy too In 3 years we can get rid of the mortgage insurance which is like 150 a month and also my consolidated debt will be gone and we can probably refinance if the world is still standing. It's a bit more than we wanted to pay but well, we can also manage fine probably....
As far as Moving Ted is going to hire that company again to load/unload the truck. He is hoping to get the Subaru fixed, etc. I gotta look at my student loans today and see what is up with them. I might be able to wipe them out.
So all is well except the stupido early wake up but eh. It's Friday I will live.
