Got four bottles of Stixx Mixx tobaccos I ordered here in Detroit today. The only extra they included was a bumper sticker. And I had to pay extra postage for the fourth bottle... Why don't they like me?

Maybe it's because I'm a new customer?

Don't feel bad, I got a bottle of "joy" as a gift for my first nic river purchase. At least it had not LEAKED all over the other flavors as happened to an early pal of her, who was finding ALL her juices tasted awful. People were like "That can't be and etc." and I was like YOU DO NOT KNOW JOY.

If ever a flavor were misnamed, it would be that. I have heard that in witches meetings under the full moon that if you add a drop of joy to the mix it improves it.

LOL I am not up for that. I still have the flavor.... Because I am a hoarder.

I got some stuff done, and well maybe not as much as I wanted but I had to explain to the HUSBAND that like, NO we were not going to deal with this whole propane ISSUE with them because he "feels bad." I was like dude, they LISTED it as a propane house (I have screenshots) it is in the OFFER letter. He did not want to ledge the offer letter with the bank, and I was like HELL TO THE NO, SEND IT. He did not seem to comprehend it was NOT our problem.

This is why you have a REAL ESTATE agent to deliver that bad news, but fortunately I am ruthless. I was like, "No dude we say sweetly, "We can't test the propane system and furnace and pipes, so if you stay on your illegal free gas. I SO get but the contract says, "All features must be in OPERATIONAL status at assessment, or basically it does NOT exist. Furthermore the contract states you can't change it BACK there can be no "material change to the home, other than normal wear tear." We have initiated the mortgage and they tend to ah, move as fast as they can so get ready."

After about a HALF hour of EXPLAINING where he went nuts he finally got it, and the said he like married me for my TOTAL ability to kick his rear at every game we have played. He was like "It made me want to marry you more." I was like, "Why because I can be smart, cunning, ruthless and EVIL? And the TEACH you those skills?" He said he doesn't tend to put himself FIRST.

I was like DOOD sorry we could buy a WHOLE other house by the time we sorted this out if they had their way. They are relative CHILDREN (the dude is like 20 years younger than the husband.) I was like, "Come on now, they are already getting to stay til Dec 28 because *I* had the forethought to go, "I don't want something to come up and you are moving instead of Christmas and if you want a last Christmas in your family home." I am not HEARTLESS. But, I also know what is LEGAL and what isn't. I will sweetly invite them to amend the contract and give it to the bank for review, but I will also note that banks tend to be pretty much like a bull at a gate when it comes to a loan.

I would kill for a real estate agent but I AM NOT PAYING FOR ONE. We already did the title and easement stuff and normally that takes, like, lawyers. NO ON THE PROPANE SORRY.

Also it has sat for several years my guess is it's gonna need repairs which NO HUSBAND we will NOT BE HELPING WITH.

He said he is too nice. I was like, "Well you aren't being nice TO ME you gotta not promise the guy anything he is BUTTERING you up. Nein, niet, no merci, de nada etc.

GRRR. Yoga APPROACHES. I feel alright. I have enough measly ambien to make it to Monday. Gotta check my Tuesday Schedule, I am seeing New DOC. I need to check all that out. Bah.

I’ve gotten a free bottle a couple times on different orders. Doesn’t seem to matter if I order three or six. No rhyme or read to it. I wonder if it’s old stock being cleared out.

Woops. I have two small MTL tanks (Nautilus X... both black) One is always for my tobacco mix, the other is usually a fruit mix (this time peace/mango) I accidentally topped off the fruit tank with tobacco (it's a nutty RY4) Got lucky... not bad at all.
Speaking of Peach... get tired of it very quickly (it's been over a month since I vaped it) I had tried adding cookie and that helped some but didn't have any creamy flavors before. Added some Rice pudding (pre-made) and loved it... peaches (and mango) n cream seems to work well. Is (FA) Cream fresh sweet? I'm hoping not because I just need a simple cream.

Oh hell yes they have my credit card info and an intake is 300 dollars. I can submit to my insurance to lower it but the first thing I do Monday morning is CALL anyone scheudled and then block out that clinic. Also, my doc will do my bidding he is dying to get rid of me.

I hope it goes well. Pittsburgh is 2 hours from here oddly so like. no biggie

Not yet! Going to wait a few more days. It might just be first class mail issues. Who knows. I have learned not to be super inpatient. If it doesn't show something in two working days. I'll contact them on Wed if no movement occurs. I'm glad I didn't do a big order.

It's odd... I have a pre-made that is peanut butter banana tobacco (but I don't really get much tobacco from it) Anyway, I found I love peanut butter banana so going to order some PB and banana flavors to try out.
