Yoga was great the husband ruined it by having the sleep hygiene TALK.

The thing that annoys me? My dang sleep hygiene was FINE until I had to start all over with the Neurontin mess frankly. That kind of thing is an INSULT and an INJURY to the bipolar brain and it takes TIME to recover from, like, it's not like I can just DUMP Ambien now. Temazepam? Maybe. But not both at once and I was DONE with both of them.

I am not one who does well lying in bed trying to sleep with a brain injury and the wrong meds I am not a fan of the husband at the moment REALLY I mean I don't really have MONEY for some therapist to agree with me I am scared of not sleeping because I will get psycho and committed and will have to die because I will NEVER go inpatient again. I mean.... I know this to be FACT. I don't see like how talking that over with another me is going to convince me OTHERWISE. Sigh.

He's really being annoying. If I don't do yoga, I don't sleep either.

Otherwise, yeah it was pretty awesome. LOL.

Since up to this point I always start mixing sessions hoping to produce something wonderful and I'm always disappointed to some degree, next time I'm going to try the "this one should taste horrible" method to see if I get the opposite result.

That’s not a bad idea. I mixed Brdz butterscotch cream pie earlier. I’ve got a few more to mix in the morning.

I want to vape my stash down a bit before I mix any more. Might be a good time to start thinking about new recipes. I need to remix some of my favs sometime also.

I just mix 10ml bottles of new recipes in case I don’t like them. I did a big bottle of cheesecake to steep from your recipe. I think it’s still got a week or two left to steep.

I mixed up a bunch of new recipes last night. I've been working on a rice crispy treat recipe for about a month. Once of the mixes I came up with tasted terrible when I initially tried it, so I altered a few things and have that steeping now. When I mixed the new batch I edited the first version on ELR that I didn't like. Last night while mixing I decided I wanted to play with the recipe a little more so I pulled out the first version that I thought tasted bad, just so I could see if I needed to lower or raise the percentage of the main flavors I was using. Damn, wouldn't you know it, I could not stop vaping it. A little steep goes a long way.

:thumb: Some flavors just need a good steep (like cheesecake... Fran kept telling one month... seemed like a long time but she was right)

I found that I had to wash a bunch of 10ml bottles before mixing tonight, so I just might procrastinate til tomorrow for mixing. But the night is young. Already washed the bottles.

Mixing complete! 14 bottles, not all for me, all new flavors, some mixes some single flavors.

The grandkids are sleeping now but we had a great time last night! We opened a lot of Barbie stuff, including a Farm, ate Outback (the wife's daughter bought) and watched Peppa Pig. Good times. The 3 year old had never spent the night away from home before but didn't get upset or anything. These kids are great!

My favorite combination for the side by side mod I got so far... It works really well somehow.

    all in one.jpg

Yup. Still dark. For "Sleep hygiene" well I got up at 5:30. I am going to do some strategic emailing in a bit and then go to Walmart to try and warranty the computer I bought then broke. I mean, we need food too.... I gotta be careful I mean I have to pay 300 bucks for this assessment and who KNOWS how long insurance takes to process it.

I have this little tiny "backup" computer I use for when stuff like this happens which is far too frequently and I am not holding my breath.... Sigh.

I have no idea how a "Walmart" warranty works, guess I will be finding out. But, they ain't open yet. So that, the emails, and pretty much I'm done. Etc.

Yes. This was due to the fact I still have 2 tiny slivers of Ambien left but EH.

I gotta get back to 4 am yoga and that sucks. I really don't want to go to Walmart but I ALSO don't want to leave it too late.

Like I should GET UP NOW. Heh.

Well, do so other. It’s late.
