Some of the music kids are listening to now breaches the subject of suicide way too much for my taste. It would be one thing if it was about suicide prevention, but a lot of it is not.

I don't doubt it. But I also think any kid so influenced by a song as to try suicide would probably be suicidal regardless. On the other hand, teenagers can be suggestible idiots, so, if suicide became a bandwagon, I'm sure some of them would jump on it just to fit in.

I didn’t feel like building so threw a coil in a Zeus nano tank and am trying the Almond croissant recipe. I forgot there was custard in it. It’s pretty good. However, I’m sure it’s too sweet for Fran.

Does anyone have any experience with my older mangos?? I have FA mango and I think I read it isn’t the best. I also have TFA Philippine Mango and FE mango.

I don't have the TFA, but the FE is good. Supposed to last well, too, but I haven't had occasion to test that yet.

P.S. I don't find it particularly sweet, but then I like things sweeter than you do.

I use to like FE mango. I have to limit my consumption of alcohol based flavoring so I don't buy a lot of FE or super concentrates anymore. I have to stick with PG or vg flavorings.

So I shot a message to my doctor/nurse practitioner yesterday asking if the doctor thought that with my immune system the way it is, should I get the covid vaccine? And also maybe a flushot? I stopped getting flushots because they made me sicker than a dog but after 2019 (influenza almost took my life) I should probably get the flu shot.... and if so where should I go to get it....

I love how she just copied what the doctor said and sent it along with the message

I didn't really mean for her to ask the doctor, I'm fine with the nurse practitioner thoughts, she's the one I've been seeing anyways because I can never get time to schedule an appointment with my doctor, in fact I've never even met him, it's always been her that I've seen.
so I went and signed up for the covid vaccine....here's to hoping I don't react badly to it (wishful thinking) ... jesh the earliest available appointment they had was may 15th....

Huh. I was told to avoid NSAIDs both before and after the shot, because they can mute the effect of the vaccine.

The mix isn’t sweet but not sour or bitter either.
