Omnivore here. I don't eat steak that often but when I do, it's prime and medium rare. It's an especially good treat with a topping of blue cheese, sea
salt, and olive oil (modified recipe from Jose Andreas) although we don't do that often either.
My dad on the other hand - put it on the grill, flip it, and it was done. One time my mom hadn't fully defrosted a steak and it was still cold in the middle, he was happy. Nope, not for me.
Lots of activity expected this week - busy at work and at home is A/C service for the season, upgrade of internet (still $$ but less than we were paying), and finally a haircut on Friday. The woman who cuts my hair got COVID pneumonia in January. I waited for her to be healthy and me to be vaccinated. It's past time! I wanted to do some mixing this weekend but it was my monthly Sat. hours at work so it was house cleaning today. Fortunately, I have enough in my stash to get me
through the week.
The good news is I overachieved with my big project and a new laptop is on order for me

ETA is by May 5th. It helps when the boss expects $$ (where we made the agreement for a new one) and you deliver $$$.
