Morning, mixers, and happy Friday eve. Well, in a few hours, anyway :)

Still springy weather here, as in enough rain that the ground pushes back.... but did get the grass and dandelions shaved yesterday.

A mixture of mill stone dust, deer hair and clotted cream works perfectly well thank you!!

Dang, does the cream really have to be clotted? Maybe that's what I've been doing wrong??

Oh yeah, Good Morning Everyone :D

I woke up early, really really early... woke up wide awake and raring to go. Carli dog and I went for a walk pretty much right after I hopped out of bed. 4 miles. We were out on our journey before the Sun made it's daily grand entrance.

Certainly didn't need any coffee, but me being me, made my usual gonzo coffee and now I am bouncin' off the walls. 1 cup of strong, Euro like, coffee does that to me.

Plans??? I totally need to get groceries today. Then? IDK yet, figure sumthin out later.

:)

Another fine tip written on a tiny piece of paper... added to the tiny P-of-P folder.

@Zazie, you asked folks to let you know when there were good tips to add to the Tip section of your fine Blog. There have been some today. :)
Rushes to check stash to see if there's any plain cheesecake :)

I went out and watered DD’s attempt at a garden (she’s not much I’d a gardener but had some success last year). Had plans to sit out for awhile but that didn’t last very long. Already too hot. Was supposed to be cooler today but the weather keeps changing. I’m still waiting for that cool weather.

Only plan I had this morning was showering myself and the garden with morning coffee mixed in.

I have no plans to mix today but that could change real fast.

I would guess that not many folks have it. It is quite sour/tart and very useful especially in cheesecakes that are too sweet.

While coffee grounds make a good soil amendment, and watering with coffee can be ok for some plants (acid loving), I find it has a greater effect on me when it goes inside rather than showering with it mixed in. ;)

    Which one???

Might it be FW Cheesecake or the TFA Cheesecake? Or a different one altogether?

I do have FW Cheesecake. It's been a while since I used it.

TFA . I bought a 30ml bottle years ago. I’ve used it quite a bit and still have most of the bottle.

I would think the FW would work the same but I don’t know for sure.

Thank you. I'm going to add it to my cart at DIY Vap Sply. Guessing they have it, if not I know BCF does. Good thing I haven't placed either order yet.

Speaking of cheese... I rec'd SSA Cottage Cheese in my last BCF order. Knuckle test has it tasting like cottage cheese. It totally smells like cottage cheese. I need to sft it to see how accurate it is.
Good luck with that one. I piffed mine.

Oh, I'm so sorry to hear about Catdog. She sounded like such a great cat. At least it was fast.
I am so sorry about Catdog. Losing our furry friends is the worst thing ever. I am struggling with my Joe and take him to the vet weekly almost. He is only 14 and that is not too old for a healthy cat. Massive weight loss led us to the vet. Nothing showed up on bloodwork. Next blood in pee and urine and I hospitalized him (my baby) at a state-of-the-art animal hospital in Atlanta. Still, no diagnosis but the blood stopped. More weight loss and more tests finally comes through, he is diabetic. He went from 1 unit twice a day, not much change, 2 units twice a day and still not much change. His vet wanted to go to 3 units twice a day but I insisted on more bloodwork first. Never, while saving for retirement. did I imagine I would be whittling away at my savings spending it on animals. It is what it is.
