I basically haven't had a dr since my last kid was born until recently. You can't get an appointment with a bone dr, hearing dr, etc in these parts unless you have a primary dr to give you a referral. Dd made me an appointment with her primary. I do like the Dr but just answered no when she asked me about smoking. I got the referrals I wanted.

Carli dog and I spent most of the morning at the lake swimming and then running around like maniacs on the beach playing frisbee. Dog is tuckered out and currently in a very deep sleep, on my bed.

Meanwhile, I'm enjoying a cup of coffee and squonkin'. Strategising the possibilities for the rest of this fine day.

Seven flavors are mixed. Some of these are unique enough to beg for an sft.. I have so far mixed 5 as sft. I'm not going to bother mixing the custard. I may mix the Strawberry green with the cookie.

My road to left knee replacement hit a roadblock yesterday when I went for lung testing and clearance. My tests were all worse than a year ago, significantly so, and they blamed it on vaping.

How were your lungs two years, eight months, and two days ago, though?

I've come to the conclusion that doctors don't need to know everything about my life and the things "I choose" to do. It's none of their business. I mean, these days with their silliness if you eat a spoonful of sugar per day they will come up with some lame tests you need to do cuz sugar causes 'something'.

Tell your doctors you quit vaping. They really don't need to know.

I solve the problem by not going to the doctor.* My sister, who is/was a doctor, does the same.

* Except, of course, when it is obviously warranted, like the time my left ring finger was mostly bitten off at the top joint when I was trying to stop one of my dogs from killing one of the others.

My doctor was a complete PIA about vaping. Funny thing, my longtime nurse, who also vapes, told me to just tell the doctor I quit vaping. Nurse removed it from my record. Told my doc I quit. No more getting the 3rd degree from her, problem solved.

I still remember the day I told my old doctor that I tried vape to see if I could cut down on the smoke.
He gave me a long lesson on how much better it was for health to vape compared to smoking. 8 months later I was a non-smoker.

There may be a bunch of negative things vaping entails, but most of what we eat is hardly healthy either. Something will take us, sooner or later.

I don’t think I’ll do anymore mixing today. I need to mix a new Thingamabob. The Dessert Chocolate has gotten a little overbearing for my tastes. I have the custard to mix also in a simple mix. Right now I need to get another new mix to try.

I have Cantaloupe Cookie now.That certainly sounds strange.Right now I’ll say it tastes better than I thought it would. I don’t think it’s anything I’d mix again but at least I’ll be able to vape my small mix.
