Vitacost is an excellent site. There are others, too. It actually depends on what vitamins you are looking to get. You can get really GOOD vitamins cheaper than Vitacost, but it depends on what they are. Not being regulated, you have to be careful. Been dealing with these companies for years for my MS, and I pretty much know where to get the best deals and products, depending on what you need. Will be on early tomorrow if you want to tell me what you're looking for.

There are SO many "types" of magnesium. You would need to know the type. Many can give you ........, and not help what you want it for. There are some that help you sleep. Magnesium glycinate is a good one to start for most any reason you need it.
Most any store that carries it in different doses. Start low and build up. Most companies sell a good glycinate product, but be sure you don't buy a high dose, unless you've been on it.
