I tried the Tiramisu custard last night and it's really good but my tooth needs a bit more sweetness.....any suggestions @FranC for a flavour that would sweeten without ruining the flavour profile. I don't want to put sweetener in it and the only non fruit sweet I can think of is sweet cream. What do you think Fran??

And I’m going to help my son write his final essay. He’s in finals week. But he made a 97 on his thermo test (best in class).
And hopefully I can go to the thrift store to look for a taller bookshelf for my flavors. And hopefully mix.
