Good morning random folks Have you any plans today?

Yep . . . A visit to the Nephrologists (kidney doctor) this afternoon . . . I think this trip will be very interesting, especially since all the water weight I originally lost in the last hospital stay (25 lbs) returned within 3 days and since our last visit a month ago I loss that plus (totaling 50 lbs) . . . Hopefully, the loss of all that water weight will stay-off having to go on Dialysis for a while longer . . . Just Sayin' . . .

I've used 70vg forever but I've noticed that since I started trying to reduce my nic level from 12mg to 6mg and 3mg for high output DL that I'm not only vaping more but also get more phlegm. I'm going back up to 9 or 12mg for most new mixes and have started making a few with 60vg. I may eventually try 50/50.

I went straight from 18 to 6mg and it was no problem but jeez was I chain vaping. Did that for about 6monhs and it didn't get any better. Now I keep my NIC high and vape less....got to be better for your lungs IMO.

I lowered my nic from 3mg to 1mg, I'm also vaping more with more phlegm. It never dawned on me that lower nic could cause this, maybe 3mg of nic is my sweet spot.

I guess it's a balance between perceived NIC harm and less crap in your lungs. Certainly my lung specialist said that my lung function had improved dramatically on my last appointment.

I dropped a bit slowly down to 6mg but I do chain vape when seated next to my pv’s.

I still mix to (about) 18 mg/ml. The times I've mixed lower than that, yeah, vape non-stop. Two or three times as much going into my lungs. And a lot more juice up in vapor So I stay at 18, mtl, about 4 - 5 mls a day.

I don't know. Don't really need anything. And like many here, I do have some flavors that I still need to try.

I should just put some of those flavors in a box, tape it up, let it sit out of sight for a couple weeks then open it and be surprised.

I'll likely let this sale slide on by and see what @*RJ* buys instead.

Well Charlie, that was my super plan, but all three, even the two original 23mm Pico unfortunately came with USB-C port, and when I say unfortunately, it seems that we can not upgrade the Firmware on them, but I have to read on the NFE forum.

You are not the only Fran, I chain vape with 6mg. It's the only unhealthy thing I do in life, no drugs, alcohol etc.
There is a lot that is unhealthy in life, I will vape until my life is over, doubt that is what breaks me.

I chain vape no matter the nic level...well, I can't vape high nic. I've done 1 mg and 3 mg and I still vape the same amount. It's more a hand to mouth habit for me.
