Good morning. My neck was sore enough that sleeping was difficult but at least the pain in my shoulder has subsided and I can move my arm without pain.

I think I’ll give the mixes from last night a couple days to steep and try them this weekend. I’m still trying to finish the strawberry custard with lime but it’s slow going and will probably end up dumping some.
Have you tried Bio freeze? If it is arthritic you could try Voltaren.

I went 3:2 second test, and that’s too saturated. I felt like it pulled a lemon, and faded away with time so I adjusted up for the second run (which was a dump). I’m interested to see if if it fades for you. For comparison, first go was added to steeped ice cream cone. Second was all fresh and steeped for 4 weeks. I changed the cone on the second one, which caused the dump.

Which cone caused the dump? I’m not a good judge of lemon ATM . After burning out on it I really don’t have it back good enough. If I do put it in a mix I don’t use much at all.

In my ice cream base I don’t add in the cone because I don’t always want it. If I want a cone I add the flavor in my mix.

Oh, my mistake, I thought you were talking about lemons….LOL. I really need to pay attention. I haven’t tried those blackberrys together yet.

    A milkshake is up next.

BTW what are you good folks doing today?
Not much left of the day for me but have had a busy day. It's been absolutely tanking it down just but has stopped now....no thunder and lightning show though. When it does rain here it does it in style. Winding down now for a quiet evening with Clickbait....really promising so far. Good story.

I didn’t add lemon. I was unclear…. I felt like the blackberry faded with time much like most lemons do. I can’t recall off the top of my head on the cone, it was back when we were trying different flavors for the perfect ic cone.

i got razzleberry in this BCF order. How do you like to use it?

edit: you figured out lemon, ignore above

It’s been awhile since I’ve used Razzleberry but I recall liking it solo.

I’m going to mix an ice cream with those two blackberries with the first % you gave me. No cone.

If I remember (terrible note taker) I'll try an ice-cream with a blackberry/blackcurrant combo. Hopefully a touch of blackcurrant should help keep the blackberry bright.....just an idea.

Right now I’m on a mission to see if the blackberries fade, for Mel.

I will keep your idea in mind though.
