Unfortunately, it's not just America. Obesity is quickly becoming a global menace--abundant food, sedentary lifestyle. Since fewer and fewer of us have to walk for miles to gather a basket of berries or chase a hare for dinner as our ancestors did for millions of years, we're gaining weight. Are you familiar with the thrifty gene (or the later drifty gene) hypothesis? Quite fascinating, at least on paper.
Good morning random folksHave you any plans today?
On my next mixing session I'm going to try coffee w/sweet milk & caramel-pur- @5%.
I made some coffee recently with TFA Caramel Cappuccino with a bit of cream and vanilla. Not bad. The CC is so strong I had to mix a bottle of it at 10% because the quantity I needed was too small to measure.
Our little dog Izzy hasn't been herself and keeps chewing at her .... area, and last night the wife found a big lump in that area so we found a animal hospital that will take her in today and we'll see what is going on. 3pm appt. Neither could sleep worried about our dog.
Really hoping little Izzy will be ok.Our little dog Izzy hasn't been herself and keeps chewing at her .... area, and last night the wife found a big lump in that area so we found a animal hospital that will take her in today and we'll see what is going on. 3pm appt. Neither could sleep worried about our dog.
I’m thinking of trying a simple watermelon/strawberry if I can work out % I like.Speaking of fruit combos ...The watermelon peach combo is intriguing to me (unsalted line) since I saw it. I thought I would try a diy. I had a watermelon peach daiquiri once upon a time and l liked it a lot so I might even try adding rum and a touch of lime to it if I can get the more simple watermelon peach combo right first.
Oh, lord. I hope it turns out to be something minor and easily treatable. Our little dog Izzy hasn't been herself and keeps chewing at her .... area, and last night the wife found a big lump in that area so we found a animal hospital that will take her in today and we'll see what is going on. 3pm appt. Before we found out about Izzy we started the process to adopt a puppy from the same place we got Izzy, and we have "meeting" with the new pup tomorrow. It's a 8 week old mix breed small dog female named Macaroon. But I will change that name lol.
Meanwhile Izzy is listless, won't even walk. Just lays there so I can't wait to find out what's wrong.
I steep all of my mixes for a minimum of 4 weeks.I was going to share steeping time but then realized you steep everything real good.
Anyone else trying it needs at least 4 weeks for the milk note to show...
