I would gather being a nurse with a bum knee must be rather painful. Ouch! I hope it goes away soon.
It started when I helped a nursing assistant lift a "big guy" in bed. I felt it then and should have made a incident report but shrugged it off.

Oh yes, is it too many days after the injury to make the incident report?

A couple of years ago on a Friday, I was doing a pump install and had a pump roll down my shin. It gashed it pretty bad. I then went wade fishing that night in the waters of the Gulf and got a staph infection at the wound site. That Monday I filed an incident report... didn't mention the fishing though.

Looks ok to me but…….spicy?
I don't know if you have Spéculoos there but they're a German/EU biscuit which is crunchy and delicious with background notes of cinnamon, ginger etc....secret recipe. Apparently this flavour is bang on the original biscuit....hence the spice :)

Firstly, I hope you start feeling better right quick Charlie! :)

I have the 2.5mm AF insert in my Brunhilde. That gives me the option to vape either a very airy MTL or a restricted DL. I have the 2.5mm AF insert installed in my Dvarw DL FL for the same either/or kind of vape. That's the best of both worlds for me. ;)
I have the 2.5 insert in some of my Dvarw's but thought correctly that given the limited max airflow on the Brunhilde I'd go with no insert. To me wide open is the same as a Dvarw DL with the 2.5 :)

Guess I can’t complain about cold coming in November. The weather has been warmer than normal.
The experts say warmer-than-average conditions across much of the US. Possibly wetter for parts. All thanks to La Nina climate conditions for the second winter in a row.

U.S. Winter Outlook: Drier, warmer South, wetter North with return of La Nina | National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration

Here the cold (at least what I consider cold) and snowy weather is from around late December through most of March. Then the temps start warming up. Or about 14-16 weeks. That will go by quick. It always does. :)

It could be worse, we could all live up in the Arctic Circle in Alaska. All those folks know is extreme cold and lots of snow. I'll gladly take what I get here. :D

    I see. Well I won’t get that since I can’t vape spices.

Yikes! Good thing to fill out those incident reports.

Well in the spéculoos in RL it's really low key....nothing like cinnamon Danish....I'd pif you a little bit to try if you were closer.
That’s ok Charlie. Any hint of spice is out for me.

This is one of my new base recipes....try at your peril :D I haven't tried it yet but it looks good to me.......what do you think?
    Spicy sponge cream cake.
    1.25% Biscuit (Speculoos) (CSC)
    1.00% Cake (Sponge Cake) (CSC)
    1.50% Pudding Base (VTA)
    0.50% Vienna Cream (FA)
1.50% Whipped Cream (Panna Montata) (FA)
    Flavor total: 5.75%

I forgot, is CSC the new chefs line of flavors? I don’t have any.

Yes....it's their new line but not so new now though. They have a lot of good reviews so worth considering carefully on your next chefs order :)

Thanks for explaining. I didn’t know what that was.
