Good afternoon. I finally mixed @charlie1465 ’s Mango Cream. It is most excellent. And simple too. I’m really enjoying it. I’m debating on whether I want to cut my grass for the last time this season, or clean bathrooms, or both. Neither will be fun.

Pick one and let the other wait.

We think alike. There are still leaves to fall so I think I’ll cut grass next weekend and do bathrooms today. That’s the plan Stan. I’ve been working a lot of overtime and I’m pooped. I am almost finished with my end of year stuff. Sounds like you are almost ready for Christmas. I’ve still got a lot of shopping to do and I really don’t want to.

I’m close to done. When it gets closer to Christmas I’ll have to order gifts for gd that lives in NM. I’m just having them shipped from Amazon to her. I have a gs there to. I’ll be sending him a gift card and one for the husband of my gd also.

I’ve got one coat of paint on the board to replace the one under the back door. I have to paint it first because I won’t be able to get under it once it’s installed.
    Good idea.

The best advice you gave me was about those Benebones. Buster does the same, falls asleep with them. When he chews on them he crosses his paws to hold them in place.

And yes, our cat runs thangs.

Is Carli fixed? We are currently in contact with a very well known breeder and want to get a female next year. I don't want to breed for monetary purposes. I only want to get one decedent from Buster before we get him fixed.

    Carli is gorgeous....
Thanks!!! I'm very happy to hear Buster likes the Benebone's. Carli goes through a large one in about a month and a couple weeks.

Yes, Carli is spayed. Originally we didn't want to breed her. We regretted that decision. She's pure German from excellent stock. Her parents were imported from a quality breeder in eastern Germany by the gal I know, Angie, who breeds and trains for LE. Both parents were SchH 3. She regularly works with the same handful of breeders in Germany.

    This is Carli's father, V Chico vom Inheidener See SchH3 IPO3 KKL1.

That photo was from the day he scored 292 in Schutzhund (May 29, 2009). The highest you can score in Schutzhund is 300. He did 98 in tracking, 96 in obedience and 98 in protection. That was the highest score in O.G. Bierstadt Schutzhund Club's 30 year history. We went with Angie for that. Man it was awesome!!!

Here is a photo of him standing. He was a gorgeous black and tan sable.

Here he is in action up at Angie's facility. I still take Carli up there for some occasional "refresh" training. The guy in the partial bite suit is an excellent trainer who helps out at Angie's place. He's a State Trooper and handler.

And one more with Angie handing him at her facility.

Sorry, I couldn't find a pic of Carli's mom Bella. I have a bunch, somewhere in my mess.

BTW, you will have great fun trying to keep Buster away from a female GSD in heat!

I thought January were the last games. Did that change or was it always Feb?
The playoffs are in January. The Superbowl is in the beginning of February. Oh yeah, this year they took away one preseason game and added one to the regular season. 17 regular season games. It probably won't be long before it's 18 games and just two preseason games.

Forecast today says 46 but right now it’s 35. I don’t see it getting much warmer with no sun. Either way SIL will be grilling burgers later.
Officially it's 35 here. My outdoor thermometer says 28. Go figure. It's supposed to snow more later this afternoon. None will stick. :(

The guy I got Buster from only produces for the Oklahoma K9 police. I got lucky because he also likes Diamondback Terrapins. I basically traded one of my 4k hatchlings for him.

I kind of miss all the Xmas stuff. In another way not so much. It's only my younger brother and I these days and we stopped exchanging gifts some years ago. When everyone was around, or alive, we used to have huge family get togethers and meals. Wife and I would alternate spending Xmas eve and Xmas day with each others families.

I remember one Xmas I had one very big wrapped box under the tree for my wife. She had many there for me. For a couple weeks leading up to Xmas she would look at that box and then look at me with a funny look. Each time I couldn't help but to laugh. That ticked her off in that loving wifely kind of way.

Xmas morning rolled around and I slid the big box in front of her. She said, you only get one gift from me this year and slid the smallest box over near me. I told her to open hers first. She did. As she opened the box up, her eyes grew big, she then realized I had many other wrapped packages in that big box. She looked at me and said "you azz SMT"!!! I could only laugh. She then gave me all the other gifts.

I still laugh over that year. :D
