I know all about slow boring days. They suck. Dd won’t be going back to her work place this month, she’ll be working from home all month. They had 3 people exposed to Covid where she works and the boss closed down for Jan. There’s seven people where she works and they’re all working from home.

I worked for a while doing maintenance in group homes. I loved slow boring days because I just hung out at home. When I got a call I hopped in my truck and headed out, sometimes I never got a call all day. Sometimes I popped down to Lowes and bought some supplies so it looked like I was busy. Didn't pay much but I only took the job for health insurance. Before that I worked in computer software, don't think I ever had a slow day.

Now I'm retired and every day is slow. Suits me just fine. Today I mixed some raspberry juice. Strange thing. My old recipes showed FA raspberry but the bottle was new and unopened. Maybe I had a previous bottle of it but I checked my emails and could only find one bottle. Or I had a different raspberry and mistakenly wrote it down as FA in the spreadsheet. Probably never know.

I took down the Christmas decorations and got them back in storage. I updated the first aid kit in my car. The bandages expired in 2004! It's a 1999 model and I've only had it a year or so. I mean, a little bit out of date probably wouldn't hurt anything, but 18 years! I found my daughter's CPR mask from when she was a lifeguard and put that in there too.

Bandages are probably safe, as long as unopened and still sticky. Any anti-biotics should go away.

Have a CPR mask in each car, from training before I retired. Never had to use them, but nice insurance for my health if I need to! :thumb:
